If I could give 0 stars I would. I rented a brand new washer and dryer from this location. First time ever renting appliances. The Samsung dryer has not been drying since purchased. I called today and spoke with Rene horrible customer service, rude and no regard for the customer. She hung up on me when I asked for the corporate office number. I called back and asked for it again as I am a paying customer she said “she was too busy and they close at 5” but the website states 6. 1. If your too busy don’t answer the phone or place me on hold until your available. 2. Why lie about your store hours? How does this girl have a job in customer service and sales? She needs to be reprimanded for her lack of regard for a paying customer. Who hangs up on a calm customer simply asking questions about the dryer and what they can do for me as I am paying for equipment that does not work!? Rene…. I will pray for you to find a better career and happiness. You should have finished school and thought about a better career other than your local hood rental store. It’s not my fault you chose this path for your life. This is my second time even speaking to someone here and I do not recommend renting from here.

I had ordered a dining table it originally came with 4 chairs and one bench. But I told them I didn’t want the bench and if it was posible to get it with 6 chairs instead, and no bench, which I would be paying extra for the two extra chairs but that fine. Today it got delivered with 4 chairs and a bench. They delivery guys called the store to resolve the problem but no one answered. So they told me to wait a little and call the store. Rene answered the phone. And had an attitude with me even though I wasn’t screaming or being mean to her. She told me the delivery guys would bring back the bench because that’s The way it came. And that I have to pick up the two extra chairs today. It went from a good experience to a horrible one real quick. I do not recommend this store to absolutely no one.

I been a customer for years and I must say I had great customer service with the guys that were there before. Luis, Christina, and so on. Mayra I wasn't to keen on as she had a nasty attitude. Now, I get the run around when I need something to be fixed. Had my living room set not even four months before the arm detached from the sofa and been waiting a month to get it fixed. I have a paid off bedroom set that the side board broke and got replaced fast, living room set, and a laptop. Had a washer and dryer set but decided to trade it and get another living room set. Delivery guy took a pic and said someone will contact me which they hadn't. We literally have to keep calling and all we get is the manager isn't there, that they ordered the part, etc. What part? The wood is broken that attaches the arm to the sofa 🤷 whenever I go make the payment when my mother doesn't go make it, they ask if I want to take something else out as they know I'm good for my payments. I tell them no. This will be the last time as I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Completed one item . And on my next. Love the convience of having tepais covered and like the customer service Lisa- Larry. Very kind and helpful..I will always choose Aaron's for value- cant be beat - but top notch customer service. You can't get that unless you rent to own from Aarons.. no I do not work.here am a member for life.

Very terrible customer service from the supposed only manager available at the time “SHANON“ I call to let them know what date full amount payment will be made and she starts giving me attitude. Asking for a payment now, when I tell her how much I can give right now she gets frustrated with an attitude. Again I thought I was speaking to a manager with professionalism. At least I’m trying to make the payment during the COVID PANDEMIC. Next time try to be nice and if you have personal problems , leave them at home. Work on customer service especially if you are a manager! Mind you I’ve been paying for years. No problem after this y’all lost my business.

Here's what happened: our personal refrigerator went out and took SEVENTY days to repair! We called Aaron's on Fredericksburg Road, talked to Manager Israel, and within TWO HOURS we had a refrigerator delivered and running--saved our peace of mind! Great people--thank you Aaron's!

My husband and I have been customers of Aaron's for a long time, we went in the store Saturday to make a payment & I asked about a washer and dryer, christina helped us and said they would be delivered on monday between 3 and 8 pm and that's when they will bring the paperwork for us to sign! I rushed home to wait for them, and it was already 6:40 so I called and asked if they were still coming since it's getting later! I spoke to mayra and she ASKED me if i knew which washer and dryer i was purchasing! I asked her why is she asking me, shouldn't they know since I hadn't received any paperwork, she put me on hold, then she comes back and says the washer and dryer I got takes 7 days to come in! I said that was impossible because the washer and dryer were in the store Saturday! She puts me on hold again & then comes back and says they have me down for tomorrow! I said no, I would not have done it for Tuesday when I know we will not be home! She puts me on hold again and then christina gets on the phone and said maybe I got confused with the days, I told her, no mam, i even repeated to her the exact words she told me sat! " the guys are busy for the rest of today but definitely on monday, she told me twice! She made the mistake and won't admit to it! At this point I'm upset and frustrated so I asked for her manager, she said their gone for the day and I can call tomorrow! I told her to cancel my order for the washer and dryer and she just said okay without even trying to make things right! I have one more payment left on my other account and once I close that account I will never come back to this store! They need new staff that care about their customers!! THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING FROM HERE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE TO TALK TO CHRISTINA! SHE IS RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS!!! AND ITS PRETTY SAD THAT THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERING TO YOU!!

First off, I tried to complete my pay out. I was placed on hold. Then someone else quoted me for 2 times the amount to pay out my item. Then Christina refused to take my payoff payment over the weekend. She said this is the area managers policy. How can you deny a customer of paying off their merchandise?Was this due to sales quotas being met? Also, I have an agreement on a laptop, it was given to me with a virus. They gave me a low grade loaner which I could not even use. It has been over a month. I have not received the first laptop back as of today. I would love to speak with this area manager by the name of Keith Smith. This is a poorly ran company. I will be contacting headquarters on today.

I recently purchased a box spring and mattress. Everything was to be new, but when I looked over my contract I noticed that the box spring was preleased, did not match my mattress and the rails were the wrong size. I'm still waiting for waiting for answers. I am seriously considering turning back everything next month when my first full payment is due and go with the OTHER company.

We've been very pleased with dining room table and living room set we've purchased. If Aaron's didn't have something we wanted on the floor, they checked with other stores or ordered it for us. They also let us shop from their catalogs. If item came in and we didn't like it, we weren't obligated to take it. Customer Service is great here as is the product.
