9 Best clothing store in San Antonio, Texas (TX) 2024

Went to return shoes in store because they sent me the wrong size. I’m a size 6.5 and they mailed me a 9. So the girl at the counter did the return and reordered them and there was an old address from an apartment so she had to change it to a house address but it kept showing the apt # on the credit card monitor and I told her that there isn’t supposed to be an apt # and she told me that in the system it already updated and it will only show the house address on tracking AND TO GO AHEAD AND ACCEPT THE ADDRESS ON THE SCREEN ANYWAYS….later that day I received a tracking but it still showed the apt #. I had to pay ups $23 to make a change on the address so they can deliver it. Could’ve been avoided if she was more knowledgeable about using her computer, I’m sure she doesn’t care about it though. ~Weronika

Management is very rude and they tell you stuff like if your a child and are very judgemental no matter how hard you work for them they will not give a reason but end your assignment the talk about you to each other and laugh and they flirt with each other and talk nasty to the guys if they feel you are a threat they will fire you. I am visiting from out of town and today I had a horrible encounter with one of the ladies overlooking self checkout. I am a very hard worker and I have no reason to steal. This woman was discriminating against me, watching my every move while I was checking out and if she went away to help someone she would come back and ask if “WE” scammed a certain item she didn’t see me scan when she stepped away. I am HIGHLY aware there are cameras and I have my own business, theft is not anywhere on my record. I could see if I was acting suspicious. But I was thoroughly checking my cart and my surroundings to make sure I didn’t forget my keys, card or my phone. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing to have this woman shadow me and treat me like a complete felon. This ruined my whole week. ~Bre

H&M quality at Nordstrom prices. Don't waste your money. Or time... over a dozen employees spotted in the store on 11/5, and only one could be bothered to use a register and ring up customers. Long wait due poor management. ~Mark

Went in to do a return I purchased online. Scott was super helpful even though I didn't have my receipt. Walked me to where the item I needed was in the store helped me look for the correct size and even went to the back of the store to find it for me. Great customer service ~Iva

A very standard old Navy experience of massive lines and most of the employees trying to deal with the sheer volunteer of customers trying to but their stuff. Apparently they no longer carry maternity clothing in stores, you have to buy them online. That doesn't make sense to me because everyone body is different in pregnancy and no one knows their side anymore, but I guess that means we're not shopping here again in a long while ~Mark
