Walked in to a great vibe! Store had unique selection but the associate Z made the entire experience awesome! She was friendly, helpful, made suggestions, danced, talked to employees, laughed, talked sports, family and truly built a rapport with us. My son loves shoes and is sports and music driven. She talked to him about players and music. He left and said that she was "fire" and some other cool words. :-) We will be back to this store just because of her! Great sales associate! She lives super far from store do you know she loves her job! Plus she made us enjoy our shopping time!

This store hours on a Saturday is incorrect. Store says closes at 7. It is 4:20pm and the store is closed with it's lights off with no sign in the window. Management needs to do better with communicating with the public

Normally I feel pressured when walking into an establishment such as this one but not today. I was greeted by a gentleman who goes by Alfredo; he was an absolute delight. Helped me find a pair of shoes quickly & when they were out he kindly offered to do an online order for me. Will definitely be returning to this location!

I'm a Sneaker YouTuber and I do honest reviews of sneaker shopping in and around San Antonio. FootAction at North Star Mall is my go-to store for new releases. I tend to park near the Macy entrance to ensure I check this store first before going anywhere else. That's how committed I am to the customer service experience here. Crystal is and has been on point since I purchased shoes from another shoe store she worked at. All of the other employees have been extremely helpful as well. Swift, prompt, informative and not annoying like some stores' customer service reps. The music isn't loud and annoying like some stores in the mall. I don't want to yell at the employee about a shoe because of the music. Believe it or not this is one of the big reasons I shop here.

I’m actually amazed with their work and honesty. On 10-5-18 besides helping find the shoes we bought they kept a bag of clothes we had lost in the store until we claimed it back. I thought it was so nice of the crew working that day. I will definitely be going back. I appreciate honest people. 🙌

Came to this location with my husband hoping to find him new shoes. We asked an employee if they had a shoe in his size. The guy literally walked to the back, he was back there for 15 minutes, came back out and acted like he had never spoke to us and would not make eye contact with us either. Terrible staff, and horrible customer service. Won't be going back.

Horrible experience.. I walked in to purchase some shoes for my son.. 2 female employees were right next to us. Neither said Hi and stood their for 5 mins talking about their personal life rather than doing their job.. They walked off and a lady came back towards and asked if we needed help.. But after 10 mins, we didn't want to spend our money There.
