Went to return shoes in store because they sent me the wrong size. I’m a size 6.5 and they mailed me a 9. So the girl at the counter did the return and reordered them and there was an old address from an apartment so she had to change it to a house address but it kept showing the apt # on the credit card monitor and I told her that there isn’t supposed to be an apt # and she told me that in the system it already updated and it will only show the house address on tracking AND TO GO AHEAD AND ACCEPT THE ADDRESS ON THE SCREEN ANYWAYS….later that day I received a tracking but it still showed the apt #. I had to pay ups $23 to make a change on the address so they can deliver it. Could’ve been avoided if she was more knowledgeable about using her computer, I’m sure she doesn’t care about it though.

I love going to finishline My favorite is in the Rivercenter but their all pretty good Young ppl do need to work on their customer service skills tho 😒 🙄 😑 Lol yeah but don't hesitate to speak to the DM they are on top of everything and very responsive and courteous ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Picked up a pair of Old Skool Vans for $55. Since its Rolling Oaks Mall the selection isn't that great. I was looking for Gum Bumpers but not from that store on that day. Probably have to hit up North Star or La Cantera.

I asked for a size 11.5 and Serena told me she does not THINK she has them. Isn't it your job to go back and look and see ?!?!?! Wow. I'll shop somewhere else.

Appreciate the service hard working people helping out customers making sure there highly satisfied my son loves his new Kyrie 5's they made sure they fit right and didn't forget to ask if we needed any cleaner or anything else. Good selection for this side of town.

I brought my children to this store to purchase school shoes. We found the ones we liked but my son said dad there is something wrong with this one. The shoe had a factory defect( glue on the actual shoe) The manager tried to scrape it off, I told him I did not want that one. He said well it's the only one in that size. The young lady at the register said well we can have one shipped to you. Outstanding, let's do that. They shipped me the exact shoes from the exact same store. So this manager just showed his whole team, instead of shipping the shoe back to Nike as a defective shoe, let's try to ship it out because no one will notice. If the product is not good for one customer, it shouldn't be sold to ANY customer. In the absence of leadership, morality, integrity and most importantly customer service will be compromised. It's a sad thing to watch, stay clear of this store if all possible.

Terrible, lousy, scandalous describes this location. All three times that I have gone to this location on a release date the employees are fidgety and dis honest. Young skinny employee, had his mom come inside the fence before they opened and bought 2 pair of 1 per person jordans. They both left and returned with no shoes, only for the mom to get in line again to buy more. When the store opened an hour and a half later. The manager with the big beard tells everyone, "we only have 1 pair of shoes." So to me its not that, I didn't get the shoes, its how unprofessional this store is. I say maybe 6 people won a raffle came to pickup. They had all those people waiting in line for 1 pair of available sneakers. This store needs to be investigated for fraudelent advertisting. This is how online resellers have all sizes from 6-13 for sale. This store saves them all for friends and family. Don't spend your money here.

Bought a pair of Nike Airmax on 7/26/17. Wore them a total of 3 times, and on the 4th time one of the eyelets holding the shoe lace on the left shoe busted. This was on 8/3/17. The return policy on the receipt states that damaged products may be returned within 45 days if it is a defect. This was. When I arrived at this store (#127) and explained what happened to the shoe, Drew, the assistant manage, stated " I'm not allowed to even touch those since they have been worn." He went on to say that Finishline had changed its policy as of the beginning of the fiscal year, 02/17 and that all defective merchandise has to be returned through Nike! I found this interesting since Nike isn't the only thing they sell. When I called Finishline customer service, they said that was incorrect and they would call the store. They did, and while I stood and waited Drew told them a different story saying that it was the policy of that store only per his GM. Lies to cover lies
