Went in to do a return I purchased online. Scott was super helpful even though I didn't have my receipt. Walked me to where the item I needed was in the store helped me look for the correct size and even went to the back of the store to find it for me. Great customer service

On many occasions, I get home to find out that on display discounts on clothing items weren't applied whatsoever. Will be returning. How inconvenient.

Unfortunately i had a bad experience. Another old navy called in to put on hold a pair of shorts since they didn't have that size. I drove across town to get them and when i got their somehow they didn't have them anymore! So moving forward when you call make this store make sure they are holding it for sure before they make you drive far ... gas ain't cheap right now ..

Uncharacteristically poor experience with curbside service. Spent around $100, waited 5 hours to receive a confirmation email that never arrived. Showed up to the store to hope it was ready. Showed up, waited as the ladies behind the counter complained about a coworker in the back before realizing my order was prepped and on the shelf directly behind them. Left, realized my order was incomplete as one item was unfulfilled, so I had to go back in to confirm I would be refunded accordingly—since again, I never received a confirmation email or text telling me my order was ready (although I was looking at it as the girl complained about her coworker). Also didn’t really appreciate being told I could just come back in if there was an issue getting refunded for the items that were unfulfilled—if I had time for that I would not have opted for curbside. Altogether a frustrating experience I hadn’t expected from a place I typically enjoy.

Was at the register had the best customer service from maddy. She helped me with every issue I had and was extremely sweet. When she checked me out I asked if she was a manager because she held herself very high and and everyone kept coming to her for help because she knew what she was doing and she said no!! Outrageous!!! Make this girl a manager or get her a raise!!!

Poor costumer service from a girl named Kate or Kaitlin . Told me applying for a credit card wouldn't affect my credit... does she think im dumb ???? educate that cashier OLD NAVY .. Other than that the other workers were nice lol.

We went to another location earlier in the week and they did not have as much selection as this one. This is my favorite location to shop at. There is always a line but the store is never understaffed. This location is in between a Micheals and the corner barley. There is always plenty of parking here. They always have greats deals and a coupon out. The selection is wide and diverse when it comes to styles and sizes. Their store is always clean and for the most part organized.
