Great place for on sale comfortable clothing. I never buy bottoms or dresses without trying on first. Sleeveless shirts great for around home wear.

The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I was the only person in the store, I walked by multiple employees and not once did anyone greet me or say hello or ask if I needed help and I actually did need help finding something! The only person who was friendly was the girl at the checkout counter. I even made eye contact with a few employees and waited for someone to approach me but nobody ever did. Possible racist staff.

Great store! I got a nice NASA hoodie. The only thing I could complain about would be that some of the clothes in the clearance rack did not scan as clearence, but then again the store can't do much about it if it's the costumers who are moving them.

The store, customer service, and upkeep of this store is awesome. I stopped in today to take advantage of the last day of 50% off sale for Black Friday. I try everything on, change, and get ready to purchase only to find out that the store doesn’t match the online prices? Cmon guys…I wanted to try everything on and buy in store, so why can’t you match the prices that are shown online? This same time two years ago they did match it, but I guess things change. 👎🏼

Old Navy always has what you need when you want to get a quick fashion hit. They're not overly expensive this particular store obviously is starting to show its age because certain light bulbs are not working anymore and that always drives me crazy. But you're not coming in here for light bulbs are you.. enjoy.

2/8/21 Walked in at 8:04 needed 2 items and knew exactly what items I needed. While I was in the store all the lights were shut off by 8:09.. it was completely dark! I left and called of course no one answered it rang and rang. I called Bandera and 1604 to confirm their hours and told them what had happened. A few mins later I called The Rim back and was rudely told “they were open” yet was sitting outside in the parking lot looking at a completely dark store. Sarah then hung up on me when I said “really bc I was in there needing a few things and y’all shut all the lights off” of course that’s when she popped attitude and hung up. Curious as to why their closing early when hours are posted till 9pm. I will never be back to that location, and will be making a formal complaint with the store manager and Corporate. Shame on you Sarah. Update Sarah is the manager.. how pathetic!! Corporate was notified.

A very standard old Navy experience of massive lines and most of the employees trying to deal with the sheer volunteer of customers trying to but their stuff. Apparently they no longer carry maternity clothing in stores, you have to buy them online. That doesn't make sense to me because everyone body is different in pregnancy and no one knows their side anymore, but I guess that means we're not shopping here again in a long while

Great range of sizes for the grandkids! I was looking for matching outfits for my 3 grand daughters and Old Navy had just what I needed.

Never had an isssue with this store, and I’ve been shopping here for years. I made a large purchase and found that one item did not fit as well as I’d thought. When I went back to return it, I was told that the item was sold to me as an “online damaged” item, and that I was made aware of that prior to purchase. I have no problem accepting when I have made a mistake, but the cashier I had that day, “Nicky” (?) never once disclosed that the item was damaged, or that I would not be able to return it. The manager on duty was very rude about this ordeal and called me a liar, claiming that the cashier that rang me up has been there for some time and wouldn’t make that mistake. People are human, and I understand that it could have been overlooked on the day I made the purchase. But to blame ME, and call me a liar was out of line. I will never return to this store again. The manager on duty certainly needs a few lessons on basic human interaction and people skills. Something you’d think you’d have plenty of being the prime example of how to treat a customer. Had she dealt with this a different way, I would have left feeling different about it all. Would never recommend this store because of this.

Quality of clothes has gone down. Prices have gone up. Still an okay place when there is a sale. T-shirts are thin and worth it for seasonal wear but that's about all you'll get out of them. Better quality tops elsewhere. Good for inexpensive flip flops and accessories. Not much nautical or Navy themed clothing despite the name. (Yes, that's a joke.)
