H&M quality at Nordstrom prices. Don't waste your money. Or time... over a dozen employees spotted in the store on 11/5, and only one could be bothered to use a register and ring up customers. Long wait due poor management.

Visited this location on 10/1/22. I absolutely love Express, but the dressing room attendants made it very awkward to try on clothing. When exiting the dressing room, the attendant was sitting on the floor, tucked away in a closet like area, and pointed to the rack to place unwanted garments at. Very unprofessional.

Ha Ha , my boy ZZZZ Jessie, Aaron, Ron, Tamara too.. every one who works there is super cool and friendly ,very helpful and will go above and beyond to get you what you need if it's not there. So much to choose from cute clothes, sales sales sales . I work with these folks partime when I come down from Evart, always pay on time great atmosphere to work ,everyone one of them was extremely helpful training me. I work construction so RETAIL IS NEW TO ME.. THANKS GUYS AND DOLLS FOR MAKING WORKING Worth my time.. I have a blast! ✌️💃

If your favorite color is beige you're in for a treat. 😂 The styles of the last 2 years have not been a hit with me. Have not bought anything since before the pandemic. Quality seems off.

Cute clothes, as usual, but I was just in this location to buy a few new pairs of jeans and as I walked to the fitting room, I saw a sign that said “fitting rooms closed.” I then approach a group of 4 staff members standing around chatting with each other. I asked if I was able to try anything on - and I’m not sure how the staff member was able to say this with a straight face, but - she told me the fitting rooms are closed because they are “very very short staffed today.” If it wasn’t so depressing, it sure would’ve been comical. As I walked away, I heard her say “there’s nothing I can do.” Nothing at all, except for not congregate multiple staff members who are doing nothing while telling a customer how short staffed you are? I mean, how about just letting people in one at a time when you have the staff? The lack of problem solving and lack of customer service really illustrates why a lot of people just shop online these days. I say this as someone who spent a decade in retail work.

okay this was amazing to say the least! honestly me and my cousin went into there because we thought it was kinda like successful mom vibes (which we kinda wanna dress like mind we are 15) didn’t really go in with expectations but GIRLLL WE ARE LITERALLY OBSESSED! we both got a bodysuit and the lady in the dressing room was literally a queen and even called me luv like that hit me right in the heart ughhh it was so sweet oh and don’t even get me started with the girls at the register they were so amazing the vibes were immaculate just chefs kiss and sold us on their deal with the bodysuits instantly (they are so good we wanted to buy all of them) honestly this store just all in all made our day! PLEASE GIVE THOSE QUEENS A RAISE OR SOMETHING WE LOVED THEM AND I HOPE THEY SEE THIS!!! ♥️💐
