I had an update that brought the blue screen of death on and Geek Squad worked on my pc till fixed when everyone else told me it was unfixable. It works just as well as the day I bought it again!

They do not tell you that when sign up that when you upgrade their plan stay going reguardless have the phone or not. Would not refund processed charges even though have proof of phone upgrade. Also the plan does not cover much and may as well buy a new phone after have to pay deductibles. Not worth the $8-12 a month. If it will NOT cover your replacement or fix.
