The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. I have never had a pleasant experience here. Generally, they have bad attitudes and don't follow their own store policies and procedures for how to handle customers.

Very nice place, with excellent customer service!! I even needed a cold drink (which they do not sell) to take some medicine. One of the cashiers went into their break room and got me a drink!! I love Kohls merchandise and their wonderful employees!!

I love how clean and organized the store is. But the men's fitting room is tucked away and hard to find. The prices have gone up since last time I came shopping here it's kind of ridiculous. The cheapest pair of pants I could find we're around $50.
