Lady help after some time, though it was busy and probably short staffed. I wanted to purchase glow fish but there was an issue with the fish.

I needed to replace my dogs bed and found a perfect one at this location which was on sale. Ordered for curbside pickup and order was ready within 30 minutes. Great service.

Do not book with CESAR! Can't speak for the other groomers because this was my first experience at this location since moving from Austin. He was rude by not even acknowledging me or saying hello to me. He asked me to step away from my dog when he was first handling my dog. He saw notes in my dogs chart from other PetSmart locations that my dog is wiggly (only when trimming the face) and warned me that they will call me to pick him up early if he is too wiggly. He called me about 20min after dropping off my dog to say that he wasn't calming down and that they can't finish his appointment. I went back to pick up my dog and told Cesar that this has never happened before. At other locations, sometimes they do have trouble grooming his face but they still do the best they can and work around it. I explained this to Cesar and he said they start with the face and between the eyes so they can't move forward if they can't do that part. I told him maybe my dog is picking up on his negative energy and that he was rude to not acknowledge me when I came to check in. Safe to say I will never be bringing my pup there again.

They always have the supplies you need and plenty of stuff you didn't know you needed/wanted. If you want a small scally or fuzzy critter, they have those as well. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is very clean. A most for pet needs.

Nice and clean. Had all we needed, my Cody enjoyed himself in store. Wish they sold squeaky balls individually. Didn't have a wide selection. Overall very nice visit

I like getting my dogs nails trimmed and filed here. Sometimes the line can get long because only 1 register is open so I recommend ordering online for pick up - it's much faster :)

I like this location , its not crazy busy and good selection for Whiskers, Fin & my cats, Viola & Prince. Shopping for Halloween soon!

They were very busy, good thing we ordered online for curbside pickup. The employee packed up our items, took them out to our car and placed them in the trunk for us without issue. I think we will continue to use curbside until the pandemic is over.

The employees are not exceptionally friendly, the store is not exceptionally well stocked. It is adequate. And I like an excuse to take my dogs out so that they can pick their own treats.
