Barely 5 minutes after closing I come in to the petsmart off portraco and they told me they cannot process anything because it's already 5 minutes past closing. That's really pretty stupid because she could process everything especially by a cash I even told her she could keep the change.

Great place to buy dog food and other items. It's very small and quaint almost like a mom and pop store. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Usually in and out with no complaints or hassles.

My dogs love their food here. The supplements have helped my dogs health improve so much. 👍 Good customer service. The store was kept clean. Everything was organized. Great dog treats. Will continue to be a customer.👍

Pet’s Barn is a nice neighborhood pet store. It offers both local and large brands of pet food. Many of their treats are sold as a Buy 2, Get 1 free deal, as is their dust-free kitty litter. Our pets are fans of both. They also sell critters for pets and feeding. There is a nice selection of collars and leashes, pet beds and enclosures, bird feed and small animal supplies. The Activa treats are fresh and are a favorite for my pup, as are the other dog treats. If one of the young mee working, they will help you take things out to your car. Often, the young ladies working are wrapped up in their own conversations and are generally not helpful. If you need assistance, you might want to Google before arriving. During my last visit, I took two different videos for this review and was in the store for a while; however, I was not greeted or asked if I needed help. When I checked out, the cashier didn’t speak to me until she gave me the total for my purchase. Another employee was on her phone the whole time and the four young ladies working seemed to just be socializing. With that said, if you know what you want, this is a nice in-and-out choice but if you have questions or need help, maybe not the best choice for you.

I love this place! We find much better products here compared to petsmart or petco. They have food for our guinea pigs that is actually safe and healthy unlike petsmart. They also have a variety of supplies to choose from. Their animals look like they're properly taken care of and the prices are much better as well! This place is awesome and very highly recommended! ☺

The facility is very well taken care of and incredibly clean, you would think it was a grand opening. Prices are a bit higher than some of the large national companies as expected, but the staff eager to provide assistance and pride taken in appearances holds its own value.
