I always love going to Pets Martha. My dog was groomed by Christi. She did a fantastic job. Customer service is very helpful and the prices are great.

Nice place. Employees are super friendly. The dog beds weren’t clearly priced. I had to search their app with the SKU number to find the price. They don’t have a very good selection of clothes. My dogs love clothes but I can get a better selection at Big Lots than here.

Employees are friendly, they pretty much have what I need, but the knowledge of the employees for reptiles can be a lot better, over heard a sale happening and what was being recommended to the customer for a chameleon was sooooo off, from tank size, accessories and even lighting, I actually ended up talking to the customer and recommend a large starter kit screen enclosure, fogger and the correct light set up. A chameleon needs a lot of space to climb and the tank that was recommended was so small, I recommend all customers to do research before getting a animal as a pet, but like I said the customer service aspect is friendly.

Ordered some cat food, litter, and one smaller item to be delivered by doordash. I then only received the smaller item so had to call and ask about the litter and food, they apologized and told me all 3 items had been picked up by the doordash driver but that the litter and food would be redelivered in an hour. I asked if I could just come to the store and pick up the items myself since I was driving right past at that time but they assured me they would be redelivered. 30 mins after that phone call I get an update saying my redelivery has been canceled, so when I called a second time I was told the items could not be redelivered because they were picked up by doordash. Now my only options are to request a refund and drive back to a store to get cat food and litter. What a way to waste everyone's time...

My dog had the worst grooming today, he was shaking, the girl looked like was in training, she couldn't finished and my dog skin is looking like she scratched him with the razor. I will never taking him back. Since that day my dog is very never and doesn't want to be left alone

I took my dog there three times for the Pet Hotel he's a different dog, he loves it, he's growing up before my eyes thank you for allowing me to pick him up after my time had passed your staff is a blessing

Everyone at this location has been super friendly and has provided great customer service, however, scheduling the Play & Pamper package has been a bit difficult. Since you can't schedule online for this service, I had to call the store phone number but it appears that it is a call center answering and not the store. They have screwed up scheduling 3x already that after 4 phone calls, we finally got the requested date right. It shouldn't be this complicated to schedule an appointment. This needs some improvement.

I have been shopping here for about 5 years. I have always had a great experience here. The employees here are very friendly, helpful, courteous and take time to help you. They don't just say, "No, we are out of that," or "I'm not sure when that item will be restocked." On more then one occasion with different employees they have either gone out of their way to check the back, look on their scanners or are knowledgeable about their shipments and tell me when to expect it back. I do a lot if online ordering because I purchase a great amount of pet food each month. My orders are always ready on time, 99% of the time in stock and on the rare occasion I can't get to it before the hold time is up, I can call them and they let me pick-up a day late. Because I order so much every month, I am a rewards member. I love having and using the membership benefits. I am able to save on average $10-$15 every month. Their prices are are comparable to other stores. If one of my items is a few cents cheaper at another store I still order from Petsmart. It is not worth the few cents to make multiple stops to get my supplies. Plus, with the rewards I earn I end up getting it cheaper anyway. That is way better in my opinion. This is a good place for your fur babies. Would give 5 stars if they carried all my dogs treats so I didn't have to go to other places to obtain what I'm needing. A bit pricey. Can't seem to leave there without burning a hundred or close to it.

My baby loves doggie day camp as much as mommy does. My baby comes home nicely tired from all the puppy play time. And I love the puppy report card. And knowing my baby ate his packed lunch too.
