They filled my script THEN asked me if I wanted only what insurance would pay for n not the whole script. So when I said I would just pay out of pocket for the whole script. I had to wait anothet half hour for them to fill it again! Stupid! I ended up being there for over an hour waiting!!!!😡 ~Paulette

I have had pleasant experiences at most other Walgreens in the past, but this one in particular seems to have consistently bad service. Over the past year, my wife and I have tried to communicate to get our scripts filled on-time, and each time we seem to continue to wait for mistakes that they make (e.g. not having the medication even though we call in weeks prior to our refill to ensure that it is done). There have been multiple instances where they gave me the wrong product, and I cant seem to get a full 90 days supply from them even though it is ordered by my doctor and covered by my insurance company. If you are committed Walgreens, go to a different one. Otherwise there are plenty of other pharmacies in the Peoria metro area that will fill your needs without wasting your time. ~Jeffrey

As it turned out one of the manuals that I ordered was included with another one I ordered as well. When I brought this to their attention, they acknowledge that had is the case and they are working to better indicate that in the descriptions AND gave me credit in the duplicate manual I ordered. I buy a lot of equipment and I get manuals for all of them. I hope they cover the next ones I need to get. Steve ~Karen

Probably the best hobby/game/comic shop I've ever been too. The people who work there are amazing/helpful/knowledgeable, and the people who hang out there are fun to be around. Lots of models, games, comics to comb through. I could spend days in there! ~William

Worst experience ever. Spent 1,400 on new phone, overcharged me for a hundred for with paying cash? Set phone up incorrectly. no text. all go to old phone? Told me to call customer service, once they took my $ now I get to talk to mideastern people with accents for a week with no solution.. told me to keep an eye on it????lol thanks for nothing...run from here! ~Jason

Our sales representative was amazing. He was the only one working when we arrived at 245pm on Sun 6/12. With a family of 3 he was helping and 3 more that arrived after us. He worked fast and efficient and we were out the door by 4. He was very informative and answered all our questions. Helped us find the best way to get the new fold phone. He was a rockstar. I have never enjoyed going to “the phone store” because it always took so long and was a very dull and boring experience. But this experience makes me not dread going back. 5 Star plus for this young man ~Sunshine

The staff is so accommodating and friendly. I recommend Titan to everyone who asks. The prices are phenomenal and the add-ons are very cheap for the value they give!! It's cheaper than everywhere honestly! But the quality of the gym should make it cost double the monthly price!! ~Jonathon
