Totally RUDE and unprofessional staff!!! This place has went downhill. I’ve been a customer for nearly 20 years.. LOST MY BUSINESS! Lobby was closed so I backed up to the window to pickup my order and was refused service. The Store manager Brian was yelling and cussing at me with a truck load of kids while employees were standing around outside smoking cigarettes. This man child needs to be fired and never work in the public again. BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

Their hours are a LIE! SAYS 10PM...CALL AT 9:45PM THEY SAY THEY'RE DONE TAKING ORDERS FOR THE NIGHT. THEN BE HONEST AND CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON YOUR SITE. I JUST MOVED TO TOWN TODAY. I LOVE PIZZA EXPRESS IN BRIDGEPORT OHIO... BUT WILL DROP DEAD BEFORE I BUY ANYTHING FROM YOUR LOCATION! I WILL DRIVE TO BRIDGEPORT FIRST... LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Never answer there phone ride by to pickup my pizza from another location because they answered there phone and there open

Very unprofessional. Had store credit that did not transfer over when the new owners took over. Called them at 9:02pm. They close at 10pm. Dude answered the phone and very snarkily said "thanks we're closed" and hung up the phone. Will not give them any of my business again.

Pizza Express is one of my favorite pizza locations in the Ohio Valley. The belly buster is great for parties - large and small. The kids love stopping by on Halloween during trick or treating. The staff gives away a free piece of pizza. Great for the community.

Bridgeport is best. I paid 35$ for a small pizza 3 subs. None of which were good. When a person pays that much you should get an amazing meal my niece n nephew didn't even eat the pizza. Never again will I order from you.

I ordered my first pizza tonight and it was very good! Sauce rivals all major chains in the area, just enough cheese so you don't HAVE to order extra, crust is cooked almost perfect for me and its not too thick! Also, they were generous with toppings! I would havr given them 5 stars but the price v.s. pizza size is a little off balance! 19.05 for a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and jalapenos....
