The flowers cost 189 dollars but really looked like a 50 dollar bouquet. The roses in it were wilty and bruised. The sprays of purple flowers were already dying. I called almost immediately and talked to a woman about how badly they looked. She said they would come and collect them and replace them but I never heard from her again. I also noticed that the stems were all different sizes and many of them were so short that I had to fill the vase almost to the top so they would be submerged.
