I should have listened to the reviews before ordering from this location. Prior to making my order I called to see if I should select business or residential since this needed to be delivered to an apartment complex office since there are lock out doors normal people can’t enter without a key. I was advised to select residential. I called and was guaranteed that my item would be delivered before 5PM. The lady I spoke to said she’s spoke to the driver and would call me back. 8PM comes by I get a call from the driver saying I’m next to be delivered. However, it was too late as the person (Whom has successfully battled cancer.) went back to her hometown. I had to fight 3 days to get a refund, as the order never came. I had a birthday coupon for a free 12ct box of dipped chocolate that I applied to that order, they refuse to answer/return any calls, and won’t give my coupon back. This has been the worst company to deal with. They don’t care about customers at all! I’m a business owner myself and would never treat my customers this way. Unfortunately, for them I could’ve been an asset to the company as I send gifts to multiple individuals every month.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. My order was placed with the Westport location, but was somehow transferred to this location. The arrangement delivered to my mom for her birthday was disgustingly unripe/overripe, not in accordance with the ordered item (sweet summer daisy), and the owner refuses to make it right. They really should be ashamed. My 4 year old could have created a better arrangement. It’s very sad and unfortunate companies are conducting business in this manner. Edible has definitely lost a customer.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. My order was placed with the Westport location, but was somehow transferred to this location. An gift pack order was sent to me for Mother’s Day in Kansas from California.It was to be delivered a couple days before Mother’s Day. I received a call from the Lenexa store at 5:00 pm the anticipated day of delivery. Apparently they “ had problems because of temporary staff” and didn’t know if the order to me had been delivered. I give them credit they called to check. But, the delivery at 9:00 that night was only the basic chocolate strawberries plate, not the gift pack plus add ons. I called the store the next morning and they assured me they would deliver the missing items. They asked if I’d allow them to deliver it on Monday after Mother’s Day because they are so swamped. I was gracious and agreed. By 4:00 on Monday, no delivery. My call to inquire went to the National call center because the wait time exceeded 15 minutes. End of the story, the store personnel was not truthful as to why it wasn’t delivered yet on Monday and made excuses. I told them to cancel the rest of the order and refund the difference. The store personnel said there was difficulty doing that because it was an order on their national line and they are a local store. Again, excuses, not solutions to the problem they created. . I told them to call me back when they had it figured out, and I expect a refund. No callback yet.

I can’t even believe I have to write a negative review for edible arrangements but when buying a fruit bouquet for over $75 one would think they’d get what they paid for. Around 1pm today I noticed zero traction of my order so I called the store. The lady informed me it was in the process of being put together and would be right out as soon as their driver got back to the store. At 5:25pm the arrangement finally showed up. It was NOT delivered in the refrigerated edible arrangement van but rather delivered by a wrecked up car and appeared to be delivered by someone who was a third party delivery driver. She rang the door bell and beat on the door once and left it at my doorstep. So lets just disregard the fact that it is 77 outside. She didn’t even have the common decency to wait till I opened the door. I look at the delivery with confusion because I knew I ordered a Happy Anniversary balloon which to no surprise was not with my order. Then I notice the bouquet was in a coffee mug rather than a vase, mind you I ordered a large. I was expecting a bouquet similar or close to what was pictured on the website but nope, I got a bunch of half dipped strawberries crammed into a coffee mug. The store closed at 5 so no one was available to rectify this. Needless to say, I did not receive what I paid for and don’t recommend you wasting your money either.

They told me they would schedule the arrangement for immediate delivery (5-1) and then failed to deliver AGAIN. When I called to get a refund no one answered the phone. If you want a reliable delivery, use a different service

I am extremely disappointed and saddened that my daughter didn't receive her birthday present. This was the first time I have tried to use Edible Arrangements, and quite honestly it will probably be my last. This is unacceptable customer service. My daughter's (who is away at college) birthday was ruined!!! Nothing like not getting a present from your mom on your birthday! TERRIBLE!

I appreciate the new system at the Lenexa location and acknowledge it takes time to effectively implement a new system. However, I am quite disappointed that my order with pineapple daisies did not come with pineapple daisies. I received one pineapple heart and a bunch of strawberries that do not look ripe. I didn't need so many of them since it isn’t strawberry season. The ladies were very kind, but I do not plan to order from edible arrangements if I will not get the items I order.

If I could leave negative stars I would! This place doesn’t even deserve the one I am required to give! This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I made an order for my Gramma’s birthday to be delivered on 02-05-2022. I never received anything saying it was delivered, not delivered, nothing. On 02-08-2022 I called and was told they would give me a refund, and make her a larger arrangement and deliver it on 02-16-2022… It’s now 02-19-2022 and SHE STILL HAS NO BIRTHDAY GIFT! Do you know how much it hurts to have your grandmother think you don’t care or remember her birthday?! This place needs to get it together! I can’t believe they treat customers this way, when they are paying $110 for a bucket of fruit! I have been calling for days now and have not had one person pick up the phone. Today I spoke to someone from “corporate” and she was absolutely NO HELP! She claims she tried to contact the location as well as the store owner, and she couldn’t get anyone on the phone either. When I made a complaint through an email, (twice now), it says they would call me within 48 hours. I have not gotten a call back, and am beyond upset with this company at this point! I don’t know if all locations are run as poorly as this one, BUT PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I called and the person I talked to tried to contact the store and got no answer. They informed me they had “left a message” for the manager and someone would contact me within 24 hours. The lady I talked to asked for my name, put me on hold, came back on and told me I had been refunded. No apology, no retention attempt, nothing.
