I always have to wait to pickup, even after calling ahead. They fail to keep track of my prescriptions, so it’s a good thing I can. My prescriptions haven’t changed, I will never understand how hard it is to put pills in a vial, document, and dispense. I do this at my own job; it isn’t difficult. Giving two stars because at least I leave with the proper medication, but an hour later.

All pharmacies can be slow with fulfilling prescriptions, but this location takes it to the next level. My prescription was electronically submitted yesterday morning, but wasn't ready yet this morning. They told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I went back three and one half hours later and they said they're still working on it. I never thought I would need to shop for a good pharmacy, but here I am, shopping for a good pharmacy. The 2nd star is for them at least being cordial when they tell me it's not ready yet. 🙄

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Every time I come in here they don’t have my medications ready or they ran out of the medication. I would get calls to come get my medication to show up and it’s not ready. Most unprofessional pharmacy and so disoriented. Do NOT recommend

My favorite pharmacy, I’ve been going here for about ten years. Text or call alerts are available to alert you when your prescription is ready. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to be helpful.

Every time I've had a prescription filled here, I've had problems. I get the automated phone calls telling me the prescription is ready, but on FOUR separate occasions, I've arrived at the pharmacy only to be told the prescription isn't ready and I'll have to wait 5-10 minutes. I have two kids under 2, so having to wait in the drive thru for 10 minutes with them isn't the greatest. Nor is it great for anyone behind me. Also, I called in a refill through their automated system on Sunday morning and was told it would be ready for pickup Tuesday at 1 o'clock. Well, it's 4 o'clock on Tuesday and I just called to see the status since I hadn't gotten a call. The pharmacist told me they just got the order so give her a hour or so to "dig it out." This medicine has to be taken at a specific time everyday so this is very inconvenient for me. I'm not sure why I've had all this trouble, but I would recommend going to CVS across the street.
