Waited for 10 minutes for someone to finish looking at their computer screen, idly, before I could get a notarized letter. That after having to travel from another branch that didn’t have one on staff. As an account holder, with debt serviced by this bank, I shouldn’t have to pay any fee for a $15 cashiers check. Full stop. Why did you discontinue providing money orders? Banking for profit is going places and forget they should put their customers first. ~John

It is obvious that they are understaffed, but I think the existing staff are doing the best they can. They are always helpful and patient with me. It's not always a pleasant place during the holidays and I've ran into some really rude patrons there, but the staff seem to handle it well. I think some more effort can be put into the cleanliness of the place, but overall I've had good experiences here. ~Dannah

I was only one of 6 people in line and the 4th one in line, but there was only one person checking people out. So it took a good 40 minutes to get my mail sent out. ~emily

I trust Firestone at Shawnee Mission Pkwy & Nieman. The people there are up front, trustworthy and very accommodating. I went on my lunch hour for a headlamp replacement and was back to work with time to spare. The Manager actually performed the work. It is also affordable with no hidden costs. I have also purchased tires and had other work done at this location also. 5 stars. ~connie

Ordered a card online for 1-hour processing. I got the confirmation e-mail that my order was ready. I drove to the store only for no one to be working in photo (I was there at 6:15pm...it closes at 8:00pm). ~Lindy

I always have to wait to pickup, even after calling ahead. They fail to keep track of my prescriptions, so it’s a good thing I can. My prescriptions haven’t changed, I will never understand how hard it is to put pills in a vial, document, and dispense. I do this at my own job; it isn’t difficult. Giving two stars because at least I leave with the proper medication, but an hour later. ~Cierra

My nephew needed a hair cut, he is 3 and totally panicked, cried, screamed, they were amazing! Had patience and kept assuring me that every parent has went through this. My oldest is 20 and I assure you I had never experienced it. They were fantastic though ~Ashlee
