I trust Firestone at Shawnee Mission Pkwy & Nieman. The people there are up front, trustworthy and very accommodating. I went on my lunch hour for a headlamp replacement and was back to work with time to spare. The Manager actually performed the work. It is also affordable with no hidden costs.
