Had an appt at 10 am for an oil change and tire alignment. Called at 530 asking if it would be done today. They said, let me check, yes. I immediately called an Uber and they quoted me a 20 minute arrival. I called back and let them know I would be arriving right at close, they said they wouldn't accept my payment and return my vehicle after 6. Woman was empathetic, unapologetic, did not have any resolution like paying over the phone to offer, and gas lit me by telling me she had made me aware of the hard 6:00 cut off on payments prior and called me in plenty time when I was the one to call her near eod.. Two hours worth of scheduled services took 8 hours and then they kept the car over night, so technically 24 hours🤣 and the car is still pulling to the right. Will not be going back for a make good on the service or for any other reason. Worst experience at a Firestone I have EVER had. ❤️

I went on my lunch hour for a headlamp replacement and was back to work with time to spare. The Manager actually performed the work. It is also affordable with no hidden costs. I have also purchased tires and had other work done at this location also. 5 stars.

Very dangerous could have put some lives in danger or even worse. Another time I had went there for a break inspection with a different vehicle I came out with a suggestion that was over $1,500 that just included brakes and rotors I will never go back there again.

Ok, I get home, check the invoice and there's a 94 dollar charge for Tire Road Hazard Coverage!!! Like what!! No one ever mentioned, ever discussed, I have no paperwork saying I have this coverage or even what it entails. So moral of the story, watch out for these guys--shysters, not to be trusted, certainly double check anything. I will be taking up the issue w corporate as well as consumer affairs. Stay away.

Took my Chevy SUV in, diagnosed the issue (broken ball joint, broken axel, bad ball joints) and performed an oil change all over the weekend, when everyone else said it would be 2-3 weeks, and some shops were not even accepting new jobs. Price was lower than expected too. Would have given 5 stars but car battery was dead when picking up car. So far its doing great! 👌

I had a flat nearby this location. Brought in my deflated and bent spare tire and rim and the guy at the counter personally brought it into the shop, hammered it out and inflated it for me. Didn't charge a dime and saved my day. Excellent service. Tip: Remember to keep your spare in good shape. Help your future self.

What a great superb service. Cameron was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Didn’t think I will find a tire shop open on Labor Day. The price was perfect. From here on I will use them for all tires, brakes, and alignment issues.

Absolutely terrible doesn't even begin to describe it the only work that was done was 5 wheel studs being replaced and it took 3 full days to complete but thats not even the part I'm most upset about. The thing that infuriates me most is the lack of communication and the blatant disregard for the customers safety. After the first day and a half I was told after an inspection was done all I needed was the five wheel studs replaced but upon receiving my car back on my finished paper work I get a full sheet of work that was supposedly declined that still need to be replaced one of which was an alignment which I specifically asked about if I needed one also when I called to get an update and ask if they would put the spare on a different location from where I had the work done because it was on my front left which is the drive wheel and having the spare on the front can damage the transmission also I wasn't informed of when my car was finished because I called 30 minutes before close on the final day since I hadn't been updated yet only to find out it had been done and sitting for who knows how long. Will never be returning to this location and will be informing everyone I know to it absolute trash customer service

If I could give them a zero I would. I was having trouble starting my car so I took it to them to have my battery and alternator tested. They call and tell me that both my battery, and my alternator were completely shot and needed replacing. Quoted me nearly $700 to do the job. I declined and took my car home. The battery was a brand new battery only six months old and still under warranty. I went to replace it and they tested it first, and found it was perfect. A mechanic friend came over to test my battery and alternator and they were both perfectly fine. I must have left a light on and drained my battery or something. The fact that Firestone charged me to test it (and probably never did) to tell me it falsely needed replacement. Obviously trying to completely rip me off. My car is working fine right now.
