I was only one of 6 people in line and the 4th one in line, but there was only one person checking people out. So it took a good 40 minutes to get my mail sent out.

Small, clean, friendly, and fast. Easy parking to entrance and helpful with packaging. Great job!! Also, our in town mail carrier is friendly and consistent too!!

This office has lost five packages for our small business in the last two months. Apparently the drop boxes immediately outside their office are not secure enough to ensure packages will get delivered. The woman I spoke to at the counter, as rude as she was, even said she has been going out to the drop boxes and picking up the mail from the drop boxes and scanning it in inside because "we're not the only ones who have lost mail this way". The people at this location are rude and the least helpful people I've ever met. She also made it clear that despite buying insurance on all packages that I probably wouldn't be able to file a claim because it shows they never received our packages. If you are a small business in this area, just use UPS.

If I could give zero stars I would! I had put a letter with a money order and when I call Im just told it might have been lost and if it was there’s nothing they can do so apparently they can just lose letters with no care and the people that pick up the letters to send them out theres no way to comunicate with them and I was told they dont even like to speak with the post office and they dont even give a number to give a complain to so basically if they lost your letter and it had an important document or anything money wise it lost and its your problem! Dont use this post office and especially not there boxes outside

Had an issue with a package and the lady at the register was very rude and had an attitude. They need to either train their employees in customer service or hire new ones. I will definitely be not returning to this location and would rather take my business elsewhere such as the UPS.

The friendliest Post Office in Johnson County! Consistently excellent. Counter staff are always helpful, trying their best to meet your needs, at the lowest price, for whatever it is that you are mailing. Usually short lines, if at all. When there are a few other customers in front of you, the queue seems to move quickly. If, for some unusual reason, it takes more than a minute or two to be served, then take advantage of the opportunity to chat with another fellow Shawnee resident. Rare to find anyone who isn't delighted to exchange a few friendly words.

We continually have issues with our postal carrier and when I call to make a complaint, every time, the hold time is over an hour. Today they delivered 2 packages to our house, but they weren't left at the door, they were left in the snow in front of our garage...Terrible company. They're fortunate that most people have no choice in regards to who delivers their mail. I can guarantee this is the only reason the post office is still in business.

There’s probably no such thing as a good Post Office. I get that, and I really don’t expect much. But this place is a DUMP. Always a line out the door. Always. At all hours. Their shipping kiosk is so poorly calibrated you almost can’t press the correct key, and it requires the force of a hammer to register. Handwritten notes all over the place about how this-and-that is out of order. The drop box is out of order. That’s right, the DROP BOX. The literal hole in the wall you drop mail through. That’s out of order. So get in line. Maybe you’ll get to drop off your package this week. If you don’t succumb to the stench of stale cigarettes and dandruff first, that is.

Just like everybody else has said, they don't answer their phones! Take the number off your website if you aren't going to answer the thing! My tracking number shows the package should be in my PO Box, but guess what? Not there. Shocking! No wonder the USPS is becoming obsolete. I don't think the workers there have any pride in there work. They look miserable.

I don't know what everyone is talking about on here. I have been using this location to send on my shipments for three years.I send anywhere between 6 to 40 shipments a week. There are usually 4 people who work there. I love all of them. Sincere and highly overworked. Still lines go fast even when there is only one person, if you are going there for business and not intended on being pampered this place is fine. If you want to feel special and want to flip because you have to wait five minutes; just stay home. I have seen some big self centered a holes here, which i assume the people with one stars.
