Worst lady of all time she doesn't do her job right if Steve was up there he knows how to do his job right, I've never seen a worker be on her cell phone 24/7 whennshe doing her job as a post office lady u don't need to be at the post office u are rude and disrespectful to the customer's who's getting there packages my. Mom haven't been getting mail we think she keeps putting it in the wrong mail box....

The hours this post office run do not make sense the mobile home park is forced to use the post office for po boxes if you have a package and work i dont see how they are going to get packages outside of the limited time on the weekend the hours need to reflect the clientele there needs to be a late afternoon time when the post office is open so people can pick up packages waiting at the post office.

Worst lady of all time. How can someone so rude and disrespectful to people keep a job that's employed by the state. No one knows your job that's why we come inside for your help and advice, not to be talked down to in order to fill some counter jokey ego. I have visited several different post office in the surrounding areas and never been treated with this level of disrespect.

This is the worst post office I have ever been too. The woman that is inside won't take your mail if you have a letter it HAS to go in the slot. She was super rude to my kids as well. Hale the time they don't take my outgoing mail out of my box and lately the mail doesn't run till after 5 pm.😡😡

Horrible rude people work here. They can’t set up a postal box until after 12 when they are only open until 1? I suggest she gets a new attitude or a new job

The lady that works here is extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. I have not been receiving my mail properly for the 3 months I've been here. She has been sending my bills back even though all the utility companies say I have the correct address on file. When I ask her she rudely tells me if my name and address is correct the mail will make it in my box eventually. This is unacceptable! She's not even attempting to correct or check on why there's a problem. Being unpleasant is bad enough, but not giving me my mail has caused me to be late on bills I never received. She's actually costs me money because of her apathetic attitude.

Little old women named Pat is very rude and disrespectful to everyone who comes in there. Seems like she hates her job. I'd rather drive the 6 minutes to the Bonner post office than have to deal with her and her attitude.

The location has very limited hours. If you work during the week your only option is Saturday 9am to 1130am. Tried to stop by today at 945am and the lady working just showed up. Waited for about 10 minutes while she is turning on lights etc. Then she sets off an alarm. Waited a little longer and she comes around the building and tells everyone waiting that it is going to be awhile still, with out actually telling anyone how long. She is extremely rude about it and just complains that it is not her day to work. No apology or anything. The other lady working there is always rude too.
