I had something delivered to De Soto and when I checked if it had been delivered, it was marked as delivered in Linwood. I sent a document that needed to be in the hands of the correct person and having it marked in a completely different zip code is unprofessional and, quite frankly, alarming to someone who is sending important documentation to a specific person.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. I use a walker, and as I have trouble walking, the employees will help me by opening doors and have even carried packages to my car.

this is my favorite post office, they are super fast with getting packages and letters sent out. The staff are so friendly too. I had trouble with sending out a large amount of letters at one time and they were so helpful with figuring out the problem and giving me a great solution.

Our delivery man refuses to deliver our mail and put our mail on hold against our wishes. We cannot trust to put our outgoing mail in our mail box because he wont pick it up. We have complained to the post master but she won't do anything about it. Very unsatisfied.

With my recent mobility issues, Steve and Keith made special efforts to get my latest two parcels to me. Great service rarely seen today. Update 10-10-17 Nothing but positive experiences since 1994. Still with painful mobility issues, I was unaware of "Indigenous Peoples Day" yesterday and the counter was closed. After knocking on the door, a young employee was willing to go ahead and retrieve my parcel. Great service from the mystery employee. Thanks again.

Love this post office. They went out of their way to locate and pick up and return a package to me. The address was labled wrong from.the sender but still went all the way out on their way. The customer service is always great and welcoming and helpful. So proud to have a great little post office here in De Soto Ks!

I think the hours of operation here are just terrible. 9-11 AM 12:30-4:30 PM?? how is a person who works 8-5 m-f supposed to get their packages? please change your hours. maybe make it 6am-9am and 3-6 pm....or start putting my packages on my front porch

I seen how they treated a customer. They over charged the guy, then shipped the package to let the receiving person pay the extra. The clerks have bad MORAL judgment. I will go out of my way to ship my packages after seeing how they treat and do business with other local customers. I felt sorry for the person that was wronged!!!!
