My son had Bad haircut. He was crying during the haircut. He never cries that easy. Manager KAY offered me a refund however she didn’t even show up for the appointment we made. I waited her for 15 min. Later I ended up calling her. Then she HUNG UP on me while I was talking. Later I called back and she didn’t even pick up her phone. Very RUDE!!!! She didn’t give me any other solutions. She is very strict, no manner, IRRESPONSIBLE, IMPOLITE, DISRESPECTFUL, no communication skill at all. No one contacted me. I did research and found owners phone number and then she refunded my money. However she wasn’t nice and didn’t listen me. She believes her workers not the customer. I decided not to go especially this location. Very bad

Other than the hair cut it was good, the lady that cut my sons hair was really nice… but it took us more than 20 minutes, only because the other girl called my sons name and a guy jumped in without her asking if he was my son, I said ok, so I checked my son in online, the same girl kept checking my son out without calling him 🙄

My nephew needed a hair cut, he is 3 and totally panicked, cried, screamed, they were amazing! Had patience and kept assuring me that every parent has went through this. My oldest is 20 and I assure you I had never experienced it. They were fantastic though

I use to go this place all the time, but we moved and I found an GREAT CLIPS closer. This day I happened to be in area and thought I would stop in for a hair cut. All of the former stylist are gone and I found out the shop has new management. I give my impression of the place a 3 star rating. The people were friendly and place was clean, but it seemed to lack the vitality that I once came to expect from this place.
