Best cell phone store in Olathe, Kansas (KS) 2025

I spoke with Nik yesterday on my antique family share plan, went in today and Katie hooked us up with new phones. Nik even had to run to another store for inventory and he did it without hesitation. They went above and beyond, making sure we had what we wanted. Easily the best experience I have ever had walking into a T-Mobile store in 7 years. Great Job! ~DK

Ton of great things to share about Greg and Sam at this store! I am a longtime Verizon customer, and I went in to add two lines. Greg helped me with a clear quote that he wrote down for me to take home and consider, and then when I came back in I worked with Sam to get our order complete. Everyone imagines going to the 'phone store' is going to be a nightmare...but Sam mad sure it was nothing close to that. Clear communication, real expectations, and then offering to follow up with me later (so I could go about my day) really made this super easy. On top of the above, Sam reviewed my account, and ended up saving me a good amount of money on our plan.
