The whole team from the promoter (Michael Ferrer), inspector (Roberto Padilla) and Office Adjustor (Julio Campo) performed an outstanding service, going far and away than any other contractor so far. They did everything to come home on a Sunday at 7:30 am (the only day and time I was able to receive them). They were on time, they did the most complete and comprehensive inspection that I have seen. They explained absolutely every detail of the findings and the guided me through the different options I had as also on the next steps to be taken. We had some wind damage to our roof and needed new siding. We called Remodeland for a quote. Julio and Lorena gave us a quote the next day and worked with us during the insurance claim process. We had to postpone the work until the weather cooperated, but their communication was great throughout the entire time. Julio and his team were very professional and fast, they removed our old shingles, made some necessary repairs and installed the new shingles all in the same day. We will definitely work with them in the future and highly recommend to anyone!
