This was in recent memory one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. It started out with me communicating with the staff I only had an hour for my lunch to make the purchase of my Google Pixel 6 PRO product. I was told the safe had been activated to open ten minutes after I arrived at the store. In that time, they harassed me to buy watches, tablets and additional lines. I knew what I wanted when I arrived and I wanted the Google Pixel 6 PRO. The Manager (a short black woman with dreads) was the main perpetrator, with maximizing the ten minute wait for the safe to open to up sale me. I was going to purchase a JBL Bluetooth headset, but had changed my mind. The Sales Person (a Hispanic female) seemed devastated I had rescinded my decision. Lastly, I was promised by the Manager since I had been inconvenienced as the product I was not on site, the overnight shipping fee would be waived and I would receive my product at my place of work on 06-24-2022. When reaching out to the Customer Service Number at 611, I was sad to find out that I was not going to get my Google Pixel 6 PRO the next day, but rather the Manager knowingly lied to having reserved the shipping for two day transit. This was a very unbearable and uncomfortable Retail experience. If these are T-Mobile’s unspoken sales tactics, I will consider taking my business elsewhere. It’s enough I paid the full price for the device without having to choose an installment plan. Now to learn I will not get to enjoy it until after Monday 06-26-2022. This is unacceptable.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years. This is by far the worst store. This is a third party store. Be prepared for them to lie to you. Then take photos of you card and not give you a receipt. Cancelled an order had to cancel my card. Manager name was Darryl. Claims he couldn't print or email a receipt yet the transaction went through my bank account. Absolutely worse store. I would expect better from T-Mobile

Absolutely disappointed in T MOBIL Your service should automatically ring up all purchases under our account. Almost No one saves the receipt. And yet the manager AGAIN rings me up without my account. Just STUPID!. One would think she sees my dilema and would do what she could to prevent this from happening again. This process and customer service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!

Went in to exchange my new device within the 14 days of the Sprint exchange policy. Was told that if I exchanged my new device, after already mailing in the return-kit on my old one, I would not get the trade credit deal on the exchanged phone, as per the agreement I signed. I've been a sprint customer for a long time, and I am pretty familiar with the exchange policy. As it didn't sound accurate to me, I called customer service and they confirmed that was not true. As long as you exchange the new phone within the 14 day policy, your trade-in credit will still apply. I was able to trade up my 12 Pro to a 12 Pro Max over the phone with no problem. I'd advise you call in to customer service for a 2nd opinion if visiting in-store. It would've been nice if the store reps would've done that themselves, instead of giving me false information.

Fast service when I went to return my daughter's old phone because of an upgrade. The parking is terrible in this parking lot, but the employees were nice.

The staff at this T Mobile were very helpful. This was my first experience at this t mobile as I recently moved. Gabriel and Gloria were eager to answer any questions I had. Their answers felt genuine. I have had less than pleasant experiences with other T Mobile locations but this one provided me with the smoothest visit yet.

The representative who helped me was extremely polite and was well informed.He suggested to me on alternate ways of saving money and told me in detail about the current promotions and offers. Overall a very pleasant experience and a great team work.The store manager was very helpful and pitched in whenever I needed more in depth information.
