Great staff. They go above and beyond for customers. This location is small, and the aisles are very narrow making it difficult to maneuver through the store. Produce is always fresh.

This Whole Foods location is an embarrassment. It is very small, food selection is nothing compared to other WF locations. I wish they take over that ex-Bath and Beyond store next door. Long Island WF shoppers deserve a better place to shop.

I love Whole Foods! Please get Capellos Naked Crusts in regular & Keto variety. I have to go all the way to Westbury for them and you all are closer to my house 😀

Smallest Whole Foods location I’ve ever been in between NY area and the Washington DC DMV area. As frequent shopper of Whole Foods, this location is like a corner store. I sure hope they buy the Former Bed Bath and Beyond next door and transform the location into a bigger location. The deli section where I did my shopping, has a limited section. There is no buffet bar section at this location. If I need to go real shopping, definitely go to Garden City or Jericho for Whole Foods shopping.

Visit: 4/16/22, Review: 4/24/22: I have not been to Whole Foods in a long while because I am immunocompromised and this location (which I hope still plans to expand to the still empty second floor) was always a fairly crowded and uncomfortable shopping experience (no matter what time I went), but I was hoping that things had changed since my last visit, especially since I needed vitamins and supplements only Whole Foods carries. When I went, I was lucky that even though the aisles are still a bit crampt, there were not a lot of people. With the help of a quite friendly store associate on the floor who saw me struggling a bit, I was able to locate what I needed in the vitamins/supplements aisle and get it with the active deals through Amazon Prime. I am grateful of this young man and send my deepest thanks. I'm also glad that Whole Foods carries a lot of goods for autoimmune support, especially those sensitive to medications, as a lot of our conditions can be deemed "invisible" or "invisible disabilities." Hoping that when I return to get more supplements that help will be available and that news or progress on expanding the store will be in motion. Please take care everyone and stay safe.

I have been a Whole Foods shopper for many years, as I love the Organics and wide choices of Paleo products. The WF’s in LA are amazing, everything is pristine, well stocked, and the staff are amazing. This store needs a lot of work, as I went in last week, and the fresh Organic Spinach was completely rotted on the shelf! The shelves are a mess, things are just thrown around, and the jam aisle was bare. Very little Paleo products, and workers stocking shelves so you can not get carts through. Very disappointing, as I visit the store in Port Chester, and it is beautiful. Going to the Westbury store now, no more Manhassat... Please move this store, it is a nightmare!

Overall, I love Whole Foods so much! I know I'm receiving quality foods when shopping here, which makes it easier for me to give healthy whole foods to my family. I don't ever write reviews for places, but I was so upset with the past experiences that I've had at this location and specifically with a cashier. She was very rude to me as a mother, and she felt like she could provide input on my mothering in regards to holding my young toddler, or in regards to my son being in the cart right next to me while I was putting groceries on the counter to be paid for. I would always protect a child if I feel like something is dangerous, but there was absolutely no right to comment so rude-toned on the way I am holding my son or keeping my happy, smiling, strapped-in son while I am putting the food on the counter. She also gave my son, without asking me if its ok if he can have it, a packet of chocolate sprinkles, in which my son is allergic to chocolate. I've never experienced such an encounter, and the energy was completely degrating and negative and rude.

Have been to this whole food location in Manhasset several times. The food is always fresh and the people are nice. At the butcher section we couldn’t find what we wanted and a woman came from behind the counter to help us. Great customer service . Highly recommend

I've been a Whole Foods shopper for the last 15 years at this location. In the past, I have received excellent customer service, usually the staff members are excellent but based on today's experience, I would much rather do my shopping online or visit the Jericho location instead. The manager Patty refused to return my item even though I had my receipt and it was well within the 90 day return policy. When I simply asked her why she wouldn't take my return, she said she didn't have to. I said...I would like to know the return policy because I thought Whole Foods has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee? After I said this, she became so irate and completely dismissed me by turning her back and saying in a very sarcastic tone "Have a nice day." Are you kidding? I was really shocked. This is the level of customer service I received from a manager at this store. All I expected as a customer was to have a little courtesy by perhaps having her take 1 minute to explain to me in a patient and pleasant tone why she wouldn't accept my return. I had my receipt that wasn't expired, I had the product that wasn't expired and I was not satisfied with the product. I felt discriminated against without her giving me a valid explanation or reason as to why she was denying my return. Patty is not someone who should be in a managerial role if this is how she treats customers.

Whole Foods is my favorite place to shop. Since Amazon has bought it I feel the prices have been improvement. The vegetables/fruits are organic and fresh, the meats selection is great and tasty. The sushi is delicious. The Manhasset location is small and busy so make sure you don't go during peak hours. Home Delivery is a game changer for me as I am a busy professional. I order once a week and never had any issues.
