9 Best convenience store in Buffalo, New York (NY) 2024

I called the pharmacy at 4:19 today to inquire about a script I needed filled. I have never ever been condescended to like this by a pharmacist. I tried to just put the blame on all the extra pressure because of Covid and not let it bother me. Recently there was a sign in the pharmacy stating they were having staffing problems, thank you for your patience, etc. Once again Covid, I get it. But this person today was the end for me. I'm sorry because I liked this store. You just can't talk down to your customers like they're totally incompetent and for no good reason. I needed help because my meds ran out, that's all. I'll be transferring to a different drug store ~Chris

Very disappointed in the customer service I was given on 1/1/2022 by a lady name sue. I was calling for a substitution for my online order and was told they don’t do that. But they do in fact give me that option in the app and I had chosen substitutions Incase the first item wasn’t available. I called to speak with someone and got to a lady named sue and she was so rude. At the end of the conversation I had asked okay can I just cancel my order and she said “yup” and hung right up. I waited hours for my order to cancel online so I could re order and be able to use my coupons and it was never cancelled. So I called back and got to someone else more helpful luckily. I hope sue learns how to act in her customer facing job as this seems to not be the right job type for her. I hope I never have to speak to her again and I won’t be ordering from this location again. ~Anonymous

There's a guy I think Taylor was his name. Extremely helpful answered all my questions. He made sure he made my visit as easy as possible. One thing I also took notice of was how clean the store was. All in all 5 stars from this guy ~Nick

This location on William St. is constantly closed when it's not supposed to be. I've tried to go here twice since we moved into the area. First time the girl was turning people away at the door cause there was no A/C. Registers worked, power was on, but apparently they can't work without A/C. Second time was today. Handwritten sign on the door says they are open till 6pm everyday due to renovations or whatever. It was 5:06 pm. Door was locked. No one there. Very poor management. Don't bother going to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one down Union Rd. That location is amazing! ~Rachel

Love this store I stop in on my way into work. They have a variety of fresh made egg and cheese sandwiches on croissant, hash browns and these amazing cookies I love the white chocolate macadamia one. They have so many drinks & exotic pickled items in the cold case they also have beautiful fresh made salads available. The staff is friendly and helpful and your greeted with a smile. I highly recommend this store. ~Dawn

I was in the Sunoco gas station buying something and the tow track guy locked my wheel and charge me $81 and I showed him recipt and he still charged me so I think it's a scam every1 don't go to that gas station stay away it's their new business to rip ppl off...this is the guy hiding becareful... ~Mc
