This location on William St. is constantly closed when it's not supposed to be. I've tried to go here twice since we moved into the area. First time the girl was turning people away at the door cause there was no A/C. Registers worked, power was on, but apparently they can't work without A/C. Second time was today. Handwritten sign on the door says they are open till 6pm everyday due to renovations or whatever. It was 5:06 pm. Door was locked. No one there. Very poor management. Don't bother going to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one down Union Rd. That location is amazing!

A very disappointing store. Usually closed, never stocked & air conditioning hasn’t worked for years. The only plus is that the few ppl they have working there are friendly & apologetic as you walk in the store… they great you & apologize for the store’s condition.

The place is a mess , out of everything . Can't even get down the aisles with stock and carts all over .it's been about a year and still no better. Don't waste your time going.

I go to this location atleast 2 times a week. They lack of workers. I put in several applications and not even a call back. Isles are filled with stocking carts can’t even walk down the isles. Dirty, lack of stocking and rotating items. Hires whoever they need or want in the moment. I would fix that store up within a week of working there if they would hire me. I love dollar general it’s my go 2 store to shop! Overall this location need works !

Dollar General is a great store but this particular store had most of its aisles blocked off with boxed items. The store is a mess. I'm going to assume not enough employees

Store employee was most gracious to check for an item I forgot to get after I checked out..and gave me a thumbs up as I returned the cart inside as we should all do..very friendly staff

I stop here frequently for random things I forget at Walmart or Tops, and they are generally well stocked. It's a 50/50 chance if you're going to get a friendly or a rude cashier. They don't seem to have enough staff scheduled during busier times so the wait can be fairly long, but in general it's not too bad, 5 minutes or less.

This store is terrible. Dirty. The floors are disgusting. I know they are suppose to be cleaned every night. Sometimes the smell of the place is enough to make me turn around and leave. The staff is really unfriendly and seem to hate their jobs. I have went back thinking the place would be better, but I have been proven wrong many times. Thank Goodness we have Campbell Rd close by.
