I called in an order and they messed it up and when I called back to get my order fixed they said they would credit it and give me the food that I paid for. I talked to a manager that night and she confidences that I would get my food and when I called the next day they said I never ordered it and they would not honor the credit and I couldn’t give me the food that they messed up on. So just make sure to check your food and get a receipt because they never gave me mine.

The best chain restaurant I've ordered from. Always on time, always great quality. Any issues I've had were been taken care of above and beyond expectations. Love this Domino's.

Would be great if employees that work there start paying attention to an order when making them and give sauces when they've been ordered & paid for. Biggest reason this business hasn't closed is because there's no other pizza places in crooksville that is cheap. They really need employees that care about the job and not if their friends while on the job but that's just my opinion, maybe the company likes hearing all the complaining from customers, who knows!!!

They put about 8 tiny pieces of chicken on my buffalo sub tonight. Maybe if I put all 8 tiny pieces on one side it might actually taste like it has chicken on it. We order at least once a week here lately, I'm not happy at all!!!

It depends on whose making the pizza as to the kind of pizza you get. I've had really good ones from there, and others that look like a cracker with toppings thrown on, as well as burnt beyond anything you would feed your dog.

they care more about if the food is delivered on time and out the way then making sure the food is actually cooked, i've even called in for them to cook the food longer because i was tired of uncooked wings and uncooked pizza dough and it was still undercooked. I'd rather have my food late than undercooked

Where do I begin, this restaurant needs some help in customer service and quality of food. I will NEVER order from them again. I have gave them multiple multiple chances and nothing changes. I've even called and talked to the manager to let him know about the problems and he just blew off like it was no big deal so I'm done spending my money there.
