Ridiculous waits with employees standing around and not acknowledging customers. Not a good way to run a business. Don’t recommend this location.

Always a wait for service 9 out of 10 times. Have a business account and this location is a business one. They don't treat business account people any better, just that they can handle the accounts to bill directly to the business account. Other locations, you have to pay up front via credit card. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

I need a phone service that works. Phone not working properly since January 2022. Intermittently, missing calls, voicemail, and unable to dial out. Tried to resove this issue to no avail. Unfortunately , AM forced to switch my Phone Service.

Had to come back 3 days to buy a phone with no resolution. Lady that said she would be working was actually not on schedule the day she said to come. Messaged customer service and was handled in 5 minutes. Not happy wasting many hours

Today i experience the most rude Customer Service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The manager at Verizon 3393 Union Rd. Cheektowaga New York. On 4/30/22 was extremely rude and telling me that it’s too late they are closing down and I cannot service me or help me with an issue that we were already dealing with from the day before. The worst part of the whole experience was that this manager simply was extremely rude by having us sit there and wait 25 mins when they assisted other customers and then came back up to me five minutes after closing time and said “sorry we are after closing hours you’ll have to come during normal business hours””. When i was there 20 mins prior to closing time. she knew who i was and told me “to bad next time you will not show up right before closing hours” and told me to “leave the store so she could get her works ready to go home”.I asked Her to please help me as this has been very hard on me and i need my phone and i already did a back up and the only thing she had to do was switch phone out the phones were being put away the whole time i was Sitting there and watching what was the start of the complete waste of time. I hooe This is not how customer get treated everyday by the Verizon team.

Arrive at 5, associates no where to be seen. Finally get signed in at 520. Not very busy. Associate who signs me in says they're closing early, 6 instead of 7. Its 545 still have yet to speak with anyone and suddenly 2 associates turned into 4. This is just ridiculous, let's see if they address my needs before they close.

Currently two hours into my visit at this location after returning for the fourth time concerning my phone's replacement. I was told a completely different story by staff today about why they can't replace my under warranty phone. This location has wasted my day off and I'll be looking into alternative phone carriers.

Mern helped me on Black Friday and he was a joy to work with. I was there to get a new phone and he made sure I felt informed and gave me multiple options to choose from, with no particular pressure to focus on a specific phone, just one that fits what I needed. Anissa and Cassandra really helped out and made it feel like a team-effort to make sure I left happy. I was there for 2.5 hours and the team made it a pleasant experience vs. just another Black Friday horror tale. I am used to terrible service in the NYC area where I live, and this was a welcomed breath of fresh air. Thank you Buffalo! 5 Stars all around 😀👍🏻
