I came to this location to switch 5 lines from verizon but the rep was not really trying to get the sale, he was telling me i cant switch all five lines because att policy is not allowing customers to switch 5 lines from the first month, which i know thats not true. I just left and I am going to corporate att at the galleria mall.

The young lady who helped my wife and son today went above and beyond to accommodate what questions they had. My family was able to upgrade our service and have all questions answered and explained. I needed a new phone as my lg4 wasn't working right. Andrea picked out the Samsung galaxy for me. Explained alot about the new phone She was very knowledgeable and very friendly to talk to.

When I walked in all three employees ignored me and buried into their phones and computers. Shortly after the manger and another employee went into the back leaving me with 1 employee alone. I felt like I was bothering them, the employee getting me my phone did not seem to know anything about my order. The phone. The service or any other questions I had. And made me wait for the manager to come out of the back room which was very dismissive towards me when she came out. I felt like they were all angry I came into the store

Stephen did a great job with getting our son his first cell phone. He spoke with confidence& knowledge. His customer service skills were awesome.We even had to call the store back& he walked my son thru what he needed. We should give credit where credit is due and not just post about bad service we should write about EXCELLENT service too. Great job Stephen.

I went into this store last Sunday (Father's day) and was assisted by Dashawna. I had by far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. She was knowledgeable in all the phones I looked at, professional, polite and made sure I was 100% satisfied and my phone was ready for use before I left the store. I was very impressed and will absolutely be returning to this store for any future business I may need. I've been with AT&T since they were Cingular, and while their customer service over the phone has always been great, I have not always had the same experience in the retail stores, but she went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful. A+++++!

Very Poor Service. A great deal of deniability and a rather condescending tone from the staff. No knowledge of online promotions. Rather centric on blaming the customer for their lack of knowledge rather than using the resources available to inform them. I will drive a great deal farther and limit my service to their phone support to avoid this particular location.

Husband went to store last night to purchase a new phone iPhone 5 to 8. Sorry, didn’t get her name but she was wonderful. Very helpful to him on learning upgrade & our issues involved. Today I needed to call back to ask a question. I spoke w Charles & he shocked me w how quickly & thoroughly he understood my problem. He offered options & was point on. Friendly & pleasant as well.
