Driver basically ding dong ditched after being sent an overnight package. Husband was in the backyard and the guy had already left by time he got to the door. We were told the package would be available after 1:30 PM. We got to the location at 2:30 and were told that they don’t have the package and don’t know when the driver will be back. Customer service did nothing and the workers were rude and refused to help. Worst customer service I’ve ever received!

Delivery driver came back and took the package after leaving it on the entryway - all recorded on video. No attempts were made to notify of "attempted delivery" and now the tracking information is saying delivery Monday instead of Friday. The delivery is a bouquet of flowers which will be dead by then (should not even require a signature). Customer service is nothing less than horrendous.

FedEx is the worst. Deliver packages to the wrong address and then you can't get in touch with FedEx to notify them of error. When you finally contact a human you get disconnected.

If I could give zero stars I would. I hate FedEx. They are a complete joke. My delivery was for Saturday, they changed it to Tuesday. I called and asked if they could make it by Monday because I needed it for an event. They said no problem, Monday rolled around - no package. I called again and they said I could come pick up the package. I drove 45 minutes each way to go pick it up, package wasn't there yet. I called Tuesday morning to see approximately what time it would be here, "by 8pm at the latest, but you can come pick up the package it was scanned in at 7:41am so it's guaranteed to be there". It was guaranteed to be there yesterday when I went to go pick it up. And how do I know it's not going to be on the truck to be shipped out when I get there? Well we can't guarantee THAT! Oh wow - SOOO HELPFUL! THANKS FEDEX!

This is the Fedex loction of choice for me. The staff is always friendly. Brenda will help you with whatever need you may have. Easy access with plenty of parking. Close to the airport if you need to ship extra luggage and still make your flight. It actually borders the Buffalo Internationl Airport.

The last 5 times fedex has been a currier for my packages they have messed up and been delayed days. Seems they make any excuse to not deliver. I will specifically ask to not have my packages sent fedex. Worst customer service too

Notified to expect delivery on 12/5. Nope. Then on 12/6. Nope. They lied about a weather delay. There was a Monday night football game in Orchard Park so I assume they did not feel like taking an alternate route. 12/7, not delivered, no reason given. 12/8 -- another imaginary weather delay. 12/9, not delivered again, this time citing an operational delay at noon, although it was on the truck for delivery. No one answers the phone at the local distribution center, the national 800 number is useless as they say they contacted the local center, and that they will call me, but they never do. Total incompetence. No wonder Amazon stopped using them. I wish everyone else would, too. Think twice about buying anything that will be shipped by FedEx.

Worst customer service ever by the short haired female desk agent the afternoon of 12/04/2021. Her attitude was the epitome of FedEx as a whole. No accountability whatsoever for driver incompetence! Had to drive all the way here to pick up a package that should've been delivered to my office yesterday. The excuse was "nobody was at the location for delivery," which is complete BS since I was there all day. Not even a knock at the door! This ship center agent, just like the incompetent customer service agents on the toll free line, obviously hates her job about as much as she hates FedEx customers. Overall, this company is absolutely horrible and makes me want to cancel my business account! UPS, here I come!

Wow- sums it up. I had a package that was set to be picked up there. Was notified it was refused twice at the Cayuga office. The 800# was useless- wasn't able to talk with a live person to help or at least point me in the right direction for a solution. Items being returned. I'll never know if that office has great and friendly people... not able to reach anyone.

They are awesome! I shipped a few items to my family and they gave found some stickers to put on my box. It was all decked out in farm animals and Thomas the train.🙂🚂🐖🐓! Very friendly staff and deserve a big thumbs up for a job well done. Ignore the bad reviews, the others need to focus on that they do their job no matter what. FedEx has a long history of working when others call it a day to get the package where it needs to be and On Time!😎
