This store is randomly closed whenever they feel like it. 7pm on a Saturday, closed. 6pm on a Thursday, closed. Store is always dirty. Employees are dirty. Management must just not care which is a shame because they are supposed to be providing essential services to the community. Fail.

There's a guy I think Taylor was his name. Extremely helpful answered all my questions. He made sure he made my visit as easy as possible. One thing I also took notice of was how clean the store was. All in all 5 stars from this guy

Rite Aid is back to being on top of their game! The pharmacist went above and beyond looked up ingredients in a product for me and the cashier was amazing I was having an emergency and she also went above and beyond for me!

This rite aid sucks everytime I go their lately they r closed an when I call the next day they say did not have enough workers to stay open i went their again today said they close at 8 an it was 630 an they were closed that is really terrible I'm calling the corporate office

This store is conveniently located. It has improved significantly in the past few months with being well-stocked, prices accurate and extremely neat. Taylor, the manager was very very helpful and friendly. Patrick, the casher was also friendly and helpful, cashed me out quickly with a smile on his face. both said hi to me when I walked in! Felt like I was welcomed. I would like to say that I believe the store should close at least 1 hour earlier each day for the safety and welfare for employees. I feel like doing this would help the store. Many younger employees are unable or unwilling to work that late during week and weekends. May be a perk to fill position. I feel it is unnecessary to stay open that late and dangerous.

I have a fracture in my vertabra because of a mistake they couldn't fill my script, the pharmacist was rude un caring and refused to call the doctor to fix it because she said she didn't think it was professional for her to leave a msg while the dr is at home, then hung up on me

Rite aid has been my #1 go to drug store and pharmacy for over 20 years. I have been to many locations amd every single one has amazing customer service. I would never even think about choosing a different store for my regular drug store needs and my prescription fills.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've been to and I've had a bunch.over the years !! They are rude and crude and I have never been hung up on after asking about a script !! Lady barked out time it hopefully would b ready and slammed phone down on me !! I will go out of my way to inform. Friends and family about their way of dealing with customers and I will post around to the public about this also !! I understand tempers are high with covid and cannot see how they just don't seem to have any sympathy towards their customers they have definitely lost a few customers and hopefully many more to come !!! Also I was trying to call for at least an hour and I was actually surprised they answered !! Not a good way to do business especially controlling how fast it takes to get very important meds !!! Never again !!
