We had very bad experience with Amazon service. The old lady was mean and inpatient when I tried to pull return code. I haven’t seen such a bad customer service since long time ago. Inside the store internet service slows down so it takes a while to get the information. For 3 minutes she gave me so much attitude. Won’t shop in this store any more.

Overpriced and have one side of the store closed that everyone parks in. Cashier's always trying to get you to get a Kohl's card and keep 25 customers with kids waiting in line for 20 minutes! Kohl's is trash

Kohl's is just not the same. Over the years there have been suddel changes that have made a big impact on their overall presence. The quality and selection of clothing has gone down, they nolonger have a jewelry county and electronics. Bottom line, we miss what Kohl's was.

The employees and team manager both work as team , they coordinate and help customers ,my experience with Ms Dharma was extremely pleasant and the manager Mr Noman was kind, caring ,as he personally searched for the item ,that I was trying to find, the employees were friendly and store was clean with good lighting. Great team work Ms Dharma , and Mr Noman.

The people who work at this Kohl’s are very nice . The stock though is everywhere. There’s so Much merchandise Piled together that it looks like junk. looks very disorganized in each department. So many things are on the rack that you can’t even move them to find sizes and styles. It reminds me of a deep discount store. Also, the prices are pretty high considering the quality of the merchandise. It’s a little disappointing but maybe it’s just the economy. I did go into the Sophora section and that was great. Very good merchandising and customer service! I bought some new Fenty products.

Did a quick walk thru....Prices seem out of line with many products. $44 for a t-shirt? 'Marked' down to $22.00 as a clearance?? I always used to shop there but now rarely. Store was empty on a Saturday.

Wowww!! This is for the manager at kohls. You have a young lady working at the counter named Nancy Jean. Let me tell you, best customer service I've ever had coming to this store. She was so polite and helpful and did her job well. Actually extremely well!! I think just well is an understatement! Thank you Nancy Jean and I will be coming back to this store, not for its prices but because of you!! Thank you!!

I always go to Khol’s because of their service. Its top notch! All the associates are kind and friendly and approach to you with a big smile. They very nice and helpful and they made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help you. And they have a good price for their clothing and their clothes are of good quality. I've purchased Shirt and I've got an amazing deal. I couldn't be happier with the service and the products which we bought today. I will definitely shop Again.

Went here to make an Amazon return and it was taken care of very smoothly and no questios asked. I got a confirmation return receipt and it came with a coupon to save at Kohl's so I had to shop around store was clean, organized, and lots to shop for from jewelry, swimwear, sport shirts, slippers and many more, But everything was welled organized.
