Came to withdraw 100 dollars in quarters. Branch only allows 20 dollars of quarters withdrawn per day. What is the point of having an account with bank of america if the branches give services even lower quality than that of a grocery store? Stop using the pandemic as an excuse for poor quality services.

Constantly closed. Seemingly understaffed. What's the point of paying account fees and etc if branches can't seem to be open? Forget about trying to get anything done at this branch because you're in for a minimum 45 minute wait.

Very disappointed in the branch waited over 20 minutes. Only 2 tellers working. There are 4 windows. There should be all 4 tellers at counter working the busiest hours from 12 pm to 2pm.

Typical B of A branch with staff limited by what the are empowered to do. With COVID they have limited hours open inside. Free parking in back and several outdoor ATMs on both sides of building. Have had repeated incidents of card number "skimmers" installed on their ATMs so check and be careful before using them! No drive through banking or drive through ATM.

I can’t count how many times I’ve been here and the atm to the far right DOESN'T WORK! Also I’ve been here several times and the bank is closed!? Closed at 2:30 on a Thursday closed Saturday and Sunday?? I swear if I didn’t live down the street I wouldn’t come here

Nice security guard, overall ok experience. Why can't a huge conglomerate like bofa assign more tellers during peak times! Is that asking too much? There were 4 greeters and 2 tellers when I arrived. Come on we're in the middle of a pandemic.

Bank of America is one of the worst financial institutions on the face if this earth. Yes, you can sense that I am not pleased with them. Two reasons: Always a long line at any branch with only one or two tellers. Secondly, during these challenging times, branches are either closed or they only open til 4 pm. I have many other reasons, but I will just leave it there.

Love this branch. They are always extremely helpful. I have business banking as well as personal, so I am there a lot.

Good luck trying to reach a live person at your branch. Alternatively, wait a very long time to weave your way through the anti-active (opposite of proactive) computer phone obstacle.

Business account managers do not know what they can offer. Unbelievably not trained enough. I have to explain what they can do but they have no clue what so ever. They use to have good people but I guess they all left to better places. Who ever supervise this location please train them.
