Today this pharmacy said maybe I should go to another pharmacy instead of them simply calling their help desk to get the code needed to fill my prescription. A prescription I’ve been struggling for months to refill. Medi-cal spoke to them directly twice because my prescription wouldn’t go through due to an error in the pharmacy’s system and the pharmacy told them both times I should just go somewhere else. They have also been rude to me on the phone in the past. What a disappointing, uncaring and completely unprofessional pharmacy this is. ~Lily
