OMG, why am I just finding out about these name brand bargains. There is a wide variety of everything in a major grocery store minus a few items that can easily be taken off the shopping list. Goodbye Food4Less!

Second time in two months and the restroom is still “out of order”. The first time I was even told by an employee not to use the “employee only” restroom. This is ridiculous and if they don’t want customers using the restrooms, they might as well just state that instead of saying its “out of order”. Also, a while back I tried to return a product and the manager rudely refused and told me to go return it to the store I bought it from. She made no exceptions. All grocery outlets should look model themselves after the Altadena location. Good customer service, clean, well in stock and great overall shopping experience. Will avoid this location in the future.

If you get used to not getting what you go for buying, and settling for whatever they have on the shelf, it is a fun place to shop.

The store is a good size grocery outlet. I was able to find the specific items I was looking for. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. However, keep in in mind that Grocery Outlet is NOT a typical grocery store. They have a niche for certain items, at good prices, and certain items not so much so. Plus it's probably missing a bunch of other things you may be able to find at other markets. So know what you're here to buy and you'll enjoy shopping here and save a few.

Not sure how they manage to consistently hire the nicest people to work here. I’m always impressed with how clean everything is and how well stocked the products are. Seriously top notch. Never thought I’d write a review for a grocery store but here I am. I like it that much!
