I ordered a pair of women’s heels for pickup and got an email back that the order couldn’t be fulfilled. I didn’t have high hopes an employee would actually look for the shoes because the shoe area is a DISASTER. I went into the store myself and found the shoes in my size after 45 minutes of searching. The shoe area has been a mess for WEEKS now.

Received produce that expired same day in my online order, unless their policy has changed about not being able to sell produce that has $1 off coupons on it when picking an online order then I suggest you train your employees better, it’s insane to think picking quality products is not as important as your “items not found” numbers for corporate. I also think employees at customer service should be trained better to help resolve an issue not seem uninterested or annoyed. I made sure I was not rude as it clearly wasn’t her fault someone in fulfillment picked poor items and still she just stared with an annoyed look as if I was inconveniencing her. This store has definitely gone down hill.

Target in Dekalb Illinois. Last week around 6pm I went to Target for Dollar Spot Find, very few almost nothing there. The shoes area. Unbelievable huge messy all over and on the floor. It’s like come from earthquake but they’re all over very mess. Clothes for women very messy not organized at all so I went home . This morning around 11am I went to Target for dollar Spot find. Still very very few left and nothing there I was very disappointed cuz I thought before the store open, employees should fill up everything in dollar spot find in full then open the store at 8am. I walked to the shoes area oh no still worse mess everywhere. I left to go home.

i went to go to aisle 3(the register closest to self checkout) today to check out with my items because of how long the self checkout aisle was, i was told by xavier in a extremely rude manner that the long line consisted of that last aisle, which was alright so i got in line and started to wait. 3 people AFTER me walked up to that aisle WITHOUT waiting in line and paid for their items, but for some reason when i went up i was yelled at to get in a self checkout line? very prejudice if you ask me, i have never felt so disrespected and when i looked at him like excuse me he just shrugged his shoulders and continued to let others go to that aisle freely. i have never felt so discriminated against and or disrespected at a store before, it was absolutley unacceptable. i hope xavier develops better manners at his time at target.
