Had to Shout to the back for service. A lady walked out who waited, then two other ladies had to wait. We were told to wait a minute, from a customer service perspective this isn't very professional. Employee also addressed elderly women without any respect. They scoffed at which didn't go over well in the parking lot these ladies had shared their frustrations. It be nice to service without the attitude.

Did in store pick up that was supposed to be ready today. They're closed, if you're closed you shouldn't be able to accept in store pick ups. Called to cancel and the person on the phone said they're not able to cancel it if they can't contact the store that is part of their temporary closure. 😑

Terrible, rude and unhelpful customer service. My husband purchased a trimmer for over $100. When he got home and unpacked it there was no charging cord. When he took it back the following day, unused, to see what his options were the staff told him that he had no options other then deal with it himself by taking it up with the manufacturer. She was not nice or professional about this.

Then the manager who was called, didn't even bother to price match the items that were available. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere!

The ladies here are awesome!!! Everytime i come in they offer me help and they don't act like they work there, they act like you're a friend needing help to figure out which products are the best for you. I recommend them over ulta any day specially because ulta is full of judgmental snooty women and half the time they can never tell me WHY their products are better. Not saying ALLLL of the girls are like that at ulta... but enough to turn me away. Plus Sallys prices?? Definitely a friend to my wallet.
