Best mattress store in Columbus, Ohio (OH) 2024

Very easy process. I walked in gave them a price range for the full over full bunk bed I was buying and they accommodated very quickly. I stayed in my price range easily and the quality was exactly what I wanted. The young lady and the man that helped got us in and out of there and were very thorough. They even looked up much additional information that I had asked questions about. The whole process took me under 10 minutes. I opted to pick up the mattresses from Sinclair Road instead of wait for them to come in at a different date. I think it was only an extra day or two. I just wanted to get it done. Easy five stars and that Applies to the two people that helped us. ~Ryley

Excellent customer service! Immediately greeted by Sean our professional sales representative when we walked in! He greeted us and quickly through discovery questions was able to guide us to a mattress for starting out the comfort diagnosis based on our answers. He again was able to take our communication and select some options for different brands similar for comparisons price/style/etc. These varied hybrid, pillow tops, and memory foam. Awesome! Through these we were able to easily identify the mattress that fit us perfectly (on our own it was overwhelming other places left us to just lay on beds seek our own??) Sean guided us the whole time perfectly. Explained mattress care, financing options and specials for budget. While Sean was assuring us Randy was working to expedite the process listening and looking up inventory locations as he heard answers, current sales, financing options. By the time we selected our mattress we had the numbers and budget w option. This was the most efficient and expedited use of our time! Forget the furniture stores , box stores like Big Lots, American Freight... They're all overpriced... Compared to Discount Furniture and Mattress. As they have a very wide selection furniture. I got a mattress set and a couch for under $900 bed actually came with warranty. The gentleman I dealt with was very friendly and professional, awesome place highly recommended👍👍 ~S

I wanted to edit my first review. We paid for our furniture with a new credit card and we never used the card before that was the first purchase we did with our new credit card and the very next day our credit card company call us to see what purchases we had did. On That c.c. we had three to four different charges on the credit card after we used it at American freight west. The assistant manager Allen took care of my husband and I. personality and knowledge of his products. He was very courteous and helpful. But Beware of purchasing stuff at American freight on the westside even though they did a good job for the most part. Then when it came to delivery day they didn't even have a delivery date for us so they had to work us in. the whole situation ended up being shady for us after all that. ~K
