7 Best gift shop in Columbus, Ohio (OH) 2024

This is the only place I will order flowers from. They are always beautiful and will make the arrangements to grow you want them to look. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and brought the flowers into my house and set them where I needed them. If I could give them a 10star I would . Super cute historical gift shop, filled with art, handmade jewelry, German nutcrackers, tiki planters, Star Wars inspired items, and friendly staff. Great spot to check out while waiting for table at Schmidt's Sausage Haus. ~Erin

I got my mother's birthday gift there, I wasn't too sure what I was looking at but everyone greeted me when I walked in it was a very calm and warm environment, they helped me very fast and answered my questions very well, also didn't just point like oh that's all over there, the lady behind the desk walked me to everything I needed to find qnd helped me pick out everything I needed for my mother! I would highly recommend this place! ~Sarah

The manager at this store was horrible. I have been a loyal hallmark shopper for years, it always being my go to for cards and gifts for my loved one. I recently purchased two glasses to use when my friend came for an out of town visit. Upon my first use, the glass chipped from me putting ice in it. When trying to return without a receipt (I didn’t keep it because I didn’t intend on returning) the manager treated me like I was in the wrong. She never once apologized and treated me like I was inconveniencing her by wanting a full refund. The whole experience was awful. I have spent a lot of money in hallmark over the years and this was the first time I had ever tried to return something & couldn’t believe the way I was treated. I will not ever return to this particular hallmark and am disappointed at the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. ~Love

The store was clean and had a wonderful selection of goods . The staff was very nice when I visited this store the other day 😊 definitely worth checking out if you like Disney stuff ~Ja
