We were exceptionally pleased with the service we got from the sleep store. Bob helped us select the perfect mattress for our needs. When everything was delivered the foundation had a slight rip. Levi did an amazing job helping me with some issues I was having with dropping calls. We had to go through a couple new phones but finally got it squared away. Levi was very professional, helpful and has a lot of patience to get me through this issue. I'll be coming back to this location because of Levi. There is a surprisingly broad selection of appliances and tools here. The owner, Carlos, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He helped us pick out a washer & dryer that fit our needs and our budget. We will be looking for opportunities to shop here again. ~Elisabeth

This place and the employees have been amazing! After buying a pontoon in "excellent" condition, we were referred here for their Marine Department so the necessary fixing could happen to put the not-so-excellent condition pontoon in the water . Not only have they had everything we needed for the myriad of parts and pieces required to get our unit operational and looking good, they also had very knowledgeable employees, including Gordon and others, who have been extremely helpful in pointing out all our options. Even employees in areas of the store other than Marine have been exceedingly friendly - it's a place I was happy to have available and was not embarrassed to walk in 8 times over the course of 4 days. Every time, I was able to find the piece I went there to get. How wonderful to have such a great resource in our little town! ~Joyce

I have a local hardware store closer to me than Babes but they are noticeably more expensive than Babes. I bought a Weber grill at Babes a few years ago there at a competitive price and they assembled it, the owner delivered it , and the then he walked me through the operation of it once it was on my patio. Recently needed a toilet valve and they were a couple of bucks cheaper than Amazon and the big stores and I'm willing to bet they were less costly than the hardware store around the corner from me. Plus I walked in with the old valve, within seconds an employee led me to the section and recommended a replacement part that worked perfectly. I was in and out in under 3 minutes. Also went in there at one point looking for an odd solution to a problem I had with a musical instrument frame and the gentleman I dealt with didn't talk down to me for trying to find a workaround solution and actually solved my problem. I'm going back there whenever I need something. ~Stephen

Convenient location in town with pleasant workers. The fresh baked cookies are really good. Light selection of snacks candy households automotive. Soda beer fountain coffee. Typical convenience store pricing on items. ~Andrew

My 17 year old daughter broke down while coming home from the store. We immediately called for a tow truck and we’re told it would be about 45 minutes. No problem, that’s a reasonable time frame. It was a Sunday even a little before 8pm. I went to where she was broke down and waited and waited and waited. Fast forward to over a 3.5 hour wait, a neighbor graciously helped us. We spoke to the tow driver several times, each time we’re told another 45 minutes. We got home just before midnight and the driver finally called to say he’d be on his way! A 3-4 wait time is ridiculous, especially after being told multiple times it will be another 45 minutes. Unfortunately there’s not another tow company open in the area on a Sunday evening. ~Jenny
