Ordered through drive thru, was pulled forward to wait for food and forgotten. Went in 5 minutes later and food was already cold as we tried it as we pulled away. Daughters cone was destroyed on bottom also.

Out of all the Diary Queen locations near me, I'd drive extra to get to the one on Portage Trail. It's a new building, fire pit outside and comfortable inside. We got a Chicken strip basket and an A1 burger, and ate inside. Food came out within 5 minutes and was hot. Chicken was much bigger than the strips at other Dairy Queens and I had more onion rings too. Best part was the bread. I'm use to getting a slice of Texas toast, usually not toasted, not cut, not buttered, just thrown in on top the Chicken. This place, it was grillled...buttered, cut, and tasted so good! It's little things like that, that you notice. Burger was hot, juicy and perfect. Staff was nice, and in general everything was great. We'll definitely drive extra to go to this one!

New facility is great but the speed bumps are so jarring it shakes the contents of my car around. The most aggressive bumps for a lot that doesn't have a straight shot cut through where people can zip through. Needlessly aggressive. Person over intercom could have been nicer. A sign for picking up a mobile order to have to come inside before getting to the speaker would be nice considering you have to pull back on to portage and loop back in. Customer service is definitely a 1 star, the facility was the only reason it got a 2.

Awful. There were teenage workers standing around chatting and staring at each other. Lobby was not busy and when I asked about my pickup order they said it was not ready and they did not know how long it would take to make 3 blizzards. How do you not know how long it takes to make a blizzard? You work there?

Routinely bad service. Remodeled with with two drive thru's so twice the orders to mess up. I don't want my ice cream first and then wait 15 minutes for the food, I'd like to eat first. Why ask what sauces, etc I would like when I never receive them. I live in the neighborhood and have been here on several occasions all with poor service and finally decided to review. Also grossed out after the girl in the drive thru asked to have a bag back because they put someone's order in it too. I already dug a couple of my onion rings out, hope they threw the rest of the bag away.

We had the best service today! We originally purchased a cake for a friend’s anniversary at the Stow location and received a tragic looking cake and tried to have it fixed there, only to have it given back looking worse. So we called the Portage Trail location and asked if they could fix it and they told us they had a cake decorator and could do it no problem. When we arrived, they were more than happy to take care of us. They gave us a bigger cake at no charge and beautifully wrote on it!! I am so pleased and will definitely come here for any further cakes. (First cake is Stow, second cake is Portage Trail)
