I understand that, since basically nowhere else is open after about 11pm, Sheetz gets very busy. Thus, it's understandable that there is a bit of a wait to get one's ordered food. However, Sheetz corporate should understand this and perhaps have more food prep workers scheduled later? I routinely have to wait 20-30 minutes in a crowd of people also waiting for their food.

Their store is never clean including their bathrooms. Food takes Forever for them to make. I waited 15 minutes for an over micro waved brat. The cashiers are nice that is the only upside.

Always out of 50% of their product. Dirty store. Disorganized. This location seems too busy to handle for the amount of workers available and they don’t stock their store enough.

I just spent 30 minutes standing in the store waiting for the food I ordered and this dude has the nerve to give me cold fries!? How is that a thing? Make the fries last! This has become the worst Sheetz in the area. The drink coolers are half empty at all times and the service is never great. Do yourself a favor and drive to a different Sheetz.

Lots of fun. Try this out. I can’t be the only one having so much fun. Play a simple game. Requires Sheetz app and phone/timer. SET UP INSTRUCTIONS: order food on app well before arrive. You want food to be completely done and ready for pick up at the pick up fixture when you arrive. Order 15-20min again recommend. PRE-GAME: Park car then head straight to the pick up spot conveniently located at the front. It’s red, we’ll signed with expensive graphics and all. Corp spared no expenses. As they should….it’s literally talking up the most valuable real estate in the store. If your food is here, you win!!! 🙌🥇🏆Congrats to you! The prize is you get to eat the food you ordered in a timely manner. Be sure to stop by here and post the win. GAME TIME Sorry Charlie. They don’t use that fixture. It’s not the stores fault though…it’s a district wide issue. The real game begins:. Walk up to food counter and have a timer ready to go. You Must touch counter with hip or belt. This is to make no doubt to everyone around that you are there to pick up food. End the clock when you have what you ordered. Here are the levels you need to master: Level 1: eye contact avoidance. Beware. Sounds easy, but don’t forget they’ve been practicing. Level 2: getting somebody to speak to you. Any words acceptable. “meh”! But has to be spoken with the intent for you to hear it. Level 3: get them to ask “can I help you?” Or ANY question at all. If directed at you. It counts. Even “Are you timing me right now?” Pssh. No!!! I’m timing myself here! Level 4: have your food handed to you. You win!!! SCORE MULTIPLIERS - order is correct = x2 - have not eaten in over 6, 12, 18, 24, or MORE hours = multiply score by number kf hours with no food.

Disastrous inside and out. The parking is full with garbage from overflowing trash cans. Cigarette butts everywhere. You can barely see the grass they do have as it's littered with garbage. I feel bad for the dealership next door to have to deal with it Inside is just as bad, if not worse. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The floors are a wreck. I'm sure the fryers haven't been cleaned properly in quite some time. And the coolers are sitting at about 50% capacity.... The place is in pretty rough shape compared to other locations.

I ordered $39.00 worth of food from here. When it was delivered, there was a sticker on the bag saying that they ran out of the sandwich that I ordered, but not to worry, they replaced it with something else. Not only did I not get the replacement, when I called I was informed that the only reason why that sticker was there, was to inform me that they ran out of the product. They told me I was suppose to call Uber eats for a refund, but that doesn't help the fact that now I have no dinner.

understaffed is not the issue. when wait time is an hour and you communicate awesome. when my food comes out after 30minutes (2 orders each of fried pickles, boneless bites and cheese bites) so undercooked the cheese isnt melted and i have a literal ball of wet breading. THATS the issue. its one thing to be short staffed its another to throw OSHA out the window to speed up orders.

They need more employees. Like several. I didn't realize they do online orders and GrubHub along with in-store orders. It's the only place open when I get off work so I went tonight. There was one person working on making the food. When I finally decided to get my money back and leave after at least 35 minutes of waiting, there was still 10+ orders ahead of mine that needed made. At one point there was 12 of us standing there, waiting. I don't blame the guy that was working, he was doing his best. But it's really unfair of him to have to work to the point that he cannot catch up. And people are waiting an hour for their food. They did have a sign up about hiring. But the wait has been so bad for several weeks. Hopefully they'll get some more help.
