Didn’t attach my oil filter on correctly I leaked oil for over a week b4 I could return to get it fixed. Which they did admit there mistake fixed it & added 2 quartz of oil free of charge

Traveling from Illinois, on my second morning in Wooster my oil light came on. I added oil myself but saw that it was rapidly leaking from the car, so I took the car to Valvoline to see if the leak was possibly from the filter or the plug. Olivia was very helpful. She told me that the oil was leaking from the oil coolant line and that I should not drive the car. She only charged me for the filter, not the oil, and let me leave the car in the Valvoline parking lot overnight until I could figure out where I wanted AAA to tow it. Very friendly and helpful to an out-of-towner. Service: Oil change

They usually do a great job. But they put the wrong transmission fluid in my cvt transmission. I didn’t catch it until it caused problems and I took it to an auto repair shop. Services: Transmission, Oil change

It was great. The employees friendly . The service was fast and good quality work. They explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. They also gave me a veterans discount. I have been going there for years,always professional always courteous. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for one worker there who for some reason didn't think I would hear him complain about the fact that my tire rotation was holding up the line. I guess I should apologize for giving them my business. I never want to complain about any business but this really got under my skin.

Excellent service. The technician explained everything perfectly and I was able to have a second service done that my vehicle needed. I didn't even know they did that!! It was truly a wonderful experience.
