I am so pleased with the service and staff at Van's tire. I got a flat down the road and the gentleman in the office walked down filled my tire with air and brought it back to the shop. I was able to get my old tire replaced within a half hour! I will definitely be recommending Van's to everyone I know!

Needed my brakes replaced same day, they got me in with no trouble! They even were able to get my pads covered under warranty (when they didn’t even do the prior work). VERY affordable! Staff was pleasant , friendly and professional. I will definitely return in the future!

Van Tires of Wooster, OH provided me with EXCELLENT SERVICE on September 3, 2022. My car tires needed service and they were to help me right away. I was given directions from the hotel and was greeted at door when I pulled up. Their customer service is Top Notch, and I really appreciated that they ensured I would be safe on the road while driving back to Florida. I highly recommend to everyone.

2days ago.(I would NOT recommend getting a mount and balance job. Inexperienced and careless. Every single rim of mine was gashed beyond repair. I will never go back or refer anyone ever!) TODAY..I would have never expected a company to reach out to a customer in away that Van's Auto did, to make things right. They far exceeded my expectations and some. Not only did they waste no time fixing the issue with my rims they also generously offered me $100 off my next service. Thank you Van's Auto and the kind staff. I’ve used this Tire place for many services since I’ve been able to drive! From mending a small leak to a full set. Most recently I experienced a flat tire on the way to the airport & the insurance they made sure my tires had completely covered a new one! It was also extremely affordable to install and insure the new tire! This place continues to be #1 to me as far as affordability & reliability goes. They had my tire in THE next day as well as my appointment & there was Lisa at the front desk to take care of me as always. If you want a small town personable experience where you aren’t just a number & pricing is right, this is the place to go.

When they give me a suggestion, I trust them and that means everything to me. Prices for work can be on the higher end but I expect that because they do good work and have good employees, both cost more to do and keep. Keep up the good work, guys and ladies

I've gone to Van's Auto and Tire several times over the years. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is super friendly and always helpful. Recently I took a tire indicate repaired, they got me in and out within 15 minutes. They also highlighted some issues that they saw, and they didn't pressure me to get it fixed. Overall, my experience with Van's has been great. I will continue to be a customer.

I want to thank the staff at Van's Auto Service & Tire Pros for their help earlier this week. I left work at client and found one of my tires was completely flat. Luckily, one of my co-workers mentioned that there was a repair shop a couple blocks away. I went there hoping they could help. Lisa and Ben at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Within 5 minutes they had two techs, Josh and Chuck, jump in a truck and take me back to my car. They removed the tire and took it back to their shop. They repaired the tire, put back on my car and I was on my way, all in about a half hour. I can't thank them all enough, as I had a 60 mile commute home which would not have been safe on the donut spare. I would highly recommend Van's for any of your auto care needs.

This place has always been dependable for as long as I can remember. I ended up there the other day because of a slow leak in my tire. A man named Chuck was busy on the job when I showed up. I told him I would come back the next day, but he insisted that he could do it that day. He stopped what he was doing and fixed my problem within 10 minutes. I was very grateful. He was very kind and gave me some great advice about my car. Thanks again Chuck.
