Great post office, but never in my life have i been to a place of business and see two workers talk so much right in front of customers while there's a long line. Talking about breakfast and personal things. Sorry but your workers made me not want to return to this location lol. Btw it was wednesday 330pm ones name was brandy. Do better people :(

Whoever was working there December 14th 2021 in the morning needs to get fired and replaced because they don't understand how their own mailing system works. They gave a 73-year-old elderly woman a hard time about a flat rate package. People want jobs so hire some willing people that want to work for the Post office and then fire the trash afterward

I want to drop my mail at the main office today it was like around 5:20. When I started to put my mail into the box I was surprised the box was full all the way to the top. So I went up to the next mailbox and it was full all the way up to the top. So I had to drive up to Drug Mart to drop my mail off in that box I seen a postman delivering mail and I stopped him and I told him he was really nice he said he would call them they need to make sure that these boxes are emptied at 5 for people can put their mail in there I seen a lot of people driving up there and foreseen mail into the mailboxes I seen one person with a whole bunch of mail stuffing it into the box. Apparently they don't care if their mail is secure if it would start to rain it probably would have gotten wet.

Absolutely horrible, they have people who don't know how to read address's properly. My address was marked as incorrect, I have not had an issue with my address before until now. They also make the excuse for not delivering the package as a blocked driveway. Called this place twice to find out where my package was, the first time the guy on the phone got really snippy with me. When the package had yet to be delivered like promised on the precious call, I called again and the guy told me that it had been sent back. Then amazon sent me an update 4 hours later that the usps tried once again to deliver the package to my door. Mind you I like in an apartment complex. So you have to actually get out and walk to my door. Lazy people If I could I would give 0 stars.

been getting my neighbors mail whose address happens to be one number different from mine for years. Have been trying to get this straightened out- post office refuses to address this issue with carrier. Put mail on hold while on vacation and carrier still delivers- what good is mail hold if post office will not implement. Now the latest- 11 days for a package to be delivered. Was out for delivery yesterday- no notice left, now says on hold at post office per request. Never requested hold and it is not signature required. Every time I call these people it is one excuse after another and no problems ever get solved. One of the worst. Never had issues with UPS or FedEx. I see why they are having financial trouble as the service is very poor. Would give zero stars if I could!!!

The operations of this post office is a joke! Been living in town for 5 months and we have racked up 4 packages returned to shipper for "insufficient address". Trust me when I say these addresses are correct! The lady inside was of no help in trying to stop the latest package from going back to the sender. Extremely mad!

Love our mail lady. My question is why can't we have the sale flyers before Thursdays., They used to be delivered on Tuesday because they start on Wednesday. Any limited items are already gone by the time flyers are delivered.

Was supposed to have a package delivered today and when I checked the tracking number this morning and it said out for delivery and then this afternoon it said held at post office at customer request, I sure did not request my package to be held at the post office and it's not something that would require a signature. So annoying.

This is one of the nicest post offices to go too. They have a guy who was in the Marines up front who is so nice to the customers. He seems to do everything up there, especially when another employee can't find a certified letter or something else is asked. I do wish there was more parking out front, but due to this being the only post offices in the whole city, a lot of people come to this post office. There service can be a bit slow when this Marine guy is not out there, but overall they do their best with who they have out front.

12/12/2017 ---Today I was expecting a package. i used tracking # and it said they attempted but couldn't make delivery. It is only a package of denture cream and will fit in my mailbox. And I was sitting in my kitchen with lights on at 7:30 pm. On 1 missed delivery this year they couldn't find my house which has been sitting here for 110 years. And it has 3 inch high house number on 4 places. Another missed delivery excuse was they took it to another house. another manila envelope went to neighbor 2 houses away. More like this but am running out of room. This has all occurred since spring of 2017
