I would give zero stars, if possible. They do not fill any prescriptions until you get there, even if you give them a few days to get it done before stopping in. This morning I noticed in the app that one of my medications was out of stock and they could not get it until Tuesday. Since I am out, I could not wait and the app directed me to call the pharmacy to see where I could get it sooner. The pharmacy's response was "Well, Orrville is the next closest location so maybe try there." Essentially, I waited on hold for 30 minutes just to be told where the next closest CVS was so I could do his job for him. Thanks for nothing! I am done with CVS!

I would give zero stars, if possible. They do not fill any prescriptions until you get there, even if you give them a few days to get it done before stopping in. There is always some kind of issue. Prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be. Most of the pharmacists don't appear to know what's going on. One of them filled an expired prescription and only filled it for half of the amount. Where did the other half go??? Maybe someone needs drug tested in there. or watch the cameras. Aren't they supposed to keep tight tabs on all of the medication ESPECIALLY controlled ones????? Even though they were told that THEY screwed up (even by the prescribing doctor) they still will not make it right so now my aunt has to suffer. They try to push about the "LAWS" but isn't it illegal for a pharmacists to fill an expired prescription and then not even for the right amount? This place needs to be looked into!!!!!!

The Pharmacist doesn’t listen and constantly cuts you off when you’re talking. Tried to get a prescription transferred here and because he thought he knew best he told me it probably wouldn’t happen even though I just had the same conversation with Walmart pharmacy on Burbank and they went through the whole process of transferring it and then they realized what insurance I had and called me back to let me know they didn’t accept my insurance. Really wish Walmart wasn’t dropped by my insurance they were much better! This pharmacist doesn’t let you get 2 words in before he’s talking again.

i would put zero stars if i could, the service and attitude of employees here is horrible. we called in medication at 8 am, they said to come in a few hours so already knowing how they run late we came in at 3pm. went thru the drive thru to pick it up, they said they never had a record of a call nor a name under that said prescription. they told me to call my doctor so i did, she said the prescription is ready and waiting to be picked up at THIS cvs. so naturally we are already annoyed and we go inside to grab the prescription again. wait in a long line for 20 minutes (none of the prescriptions for other customers were ready either) and they tell us to go wait in a whole new line so we do. we get helped finally and they said that our prescription is here but we can’t pick it up for another 3 days, then why would you say to come in a few hours over the phone? we’re leaving in one day for a trip and we told the employee that and then she said “oh well you can actually get it” come back in 15 to 30 minutes. when we asked why the medication we called in for wasn’t the prescription she said she gave an attitude with her voice and body expressions saying “well that’s what the system says i can’t change that, must’ve been your doctor” taking no accountability and again, WHY would you say our said prescription we called for was ready when it wasn’t?!? Currently waiting in the car and I wouldn’t be surprised if they give us the wrong prescription or make us wait another 2 hours.

After nearly a year, this place has not one time had a prescription ready. They don't start to fill my RX until I come to pick it up. I've even waited up to 3 and four days more than once after it was called in. To avoid this, I've tried calling. No one picks up...ever.

I wish I could give 0 stars. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME there is an issue of some sort whether I come day of the prescription is sent or a week later. Half the time they can’t find it in the system or they’re too overwhelmed and haven’t got to it yet. I feel for the workers because all the pharmacists have quit and they’re always stressed! Get it together! I never leave bad reviews and am normally understanding but dang!

Have been waiting 2 weeks for my meds to get refilled & now I’m waiting on forever to get them. Hopefully no one needs meds to survive. I understand they are probably short staffed but some people need their meds to function. When you call CVS your on hold & you never get to talk to anyone. I just wanted to check up to see if they were going out in the mail anytime soon.

It is sad what this pharmacy has become. I have used this pharmacy forever but am pulling everything. I cannot wait a week or more after a refill is requested for it to be ready. My son will die without his insulin. Everytime I have had to go inside and wait in ridiculous lines and when I get to the counter they tell me they have it but it's not ready. Then I have to tell them we are out and it's life or death....then they fill the rx. Its beyond stressful for me to be trying to care for my family.

DO NOT use this pharmacy! Wooster, ohio: They will not answer their phone. When I switched pharmacies the new pharmacy told me to just have my doctor call in my scripts because they can never get ahold of them either to get anyones information. They also messed up my records and it took me 3 visits for them to finally get my information correct, I had to have my health care provider call them each time. The staff was also super disrespectful and told me “I should just pay for the medication full price and not wait for them to get my health care information corrected”. I could go on and on with stories on why not to use them.
